Moon's is hands down the best choice for dinner in Plumas County. Of course I can't limit it down to just one favorite entree that I enjoy. And oh the artichoke dip is to die for!! I could eat this appetizer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Not to mention the service is incredibly quick even during the busiest hours. The owners, host, waitresses/waiters cater to you and go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your visit. Such a great atmosphere to have a sit down dinner and unwind. I will always choose Moon's, this place is quality!!!

For a restaurant that half their menu is pizza and they run out of dough is not a good sign. We had to order the more expensive items on the menu. The spaghetti was watery and not enough sauce. They gave us only 2 pieces of garlic bread. The clam chowder was under seasoned. It took 20 minutes for them to take our order. It may have been a bad night. We will never go back to Moon's.

We drove down here for dinner with our kids while vacationing in Lake Almanor. The garlic bread they brought was delicious and tasted homemade. The kids shared a half plate of Fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had the Mushroom St. Thomas on a potato while I had their Honey Almond Chicken. It was all wonderful and we were all very happy with our selections. We each tried different desserts- Chocolate torte, Carrot Cake and Avocado Cream pie- we all shared each others and couldn't decide who had the best! We will definitely be back on our next vacation out this way and have already recommend it to our family who also often vacation out that way!

Moon's is a nice local restaurant in Quincy, CA. We sat outside, and overall the ambiance is exceptional. The food however was just average at least the price isn't too expensive. Overall, an average to slightly above average dining experience in my opinion.

Food is good, service is ok. If you like a full pound of cheese on your 1/2 cooked pizza this is your place.

We went to Moon's Restaurant while we were in Quincy for a family vacation. Everyone at the restaurant made us feel at home. The Kelly family made our kids feel very welcome.
The food was delicious as well. We would definitely recommend the artichoke dip, the chocolate decadence and Kahlua cream pies.
The restaurant staff was kind and accommodating to my wife's and daughter's food sensitivities, bringing food replacements.
We will be going back to Moon's the next time we are in Quincy.

The food was very tasty. I had the flat steak with onions and mushrooms. The steak was cooked perfectly. The side they provide of garlic bread was also pleasing to the palit.

This is the best place to eat in all of Quincy. The Pizza is excellent. They also have great steaks, lasagna, salads & pastas. It is a great place to take children. Sometimes they have live music.

Poor moons, food usef to be so good here, now its salt pizza called the margherite. Or salty lasagne. Mushroom sauce is still happening. Salad been sitting awhile? The staff is great, top notch. Kids, younger wait staff, get to learn to serve from them. When I worked in town years ago it was every night. Good food. They have competent competition now.
