The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Went Sunday after day lights saving. Arrived when they were scheduled to open see two other people in their cars. After 20 minutes the white vibe person gets out, opens the cbtl door, locks it behind them. Proceeds to not open the store. Waited ten more minutes and left. Terrible. Employee was just sitting in their car on the phone. Very frustrating.

Good coffee, great baristas. Terrible breakfast sandwich - the ultimate breakfast sandwich comes out nothing like the picture - it was worse than United airlines food.

Always enjoyed coffee bean! I wish they had more in the area. We have one in Pismo Beach and it's the only one withing a 60 mile radius. All else is Starbucks. Would much rather have this over Starbucks, my opinion.

I had a fantastic chai latte with a scrumptious bagel and was served by the cutest little baka I’ve ever seen! The service was superb and I will definitely be coming back for another latte and afternoon delight:)

The drink shown on the menu had caramel, which I imagine is what made the drink. The drinks we ordered did not have caramel and, when asked, we were literally told by the barista that it takes too long to swirl the caramel inside the cup bc there were a lot of other drinks to make. Disappointed in the customer service.

Great for a chain! This location has very friendly staff and they pull a good espresso shot. The shop is clean and parking is always available. Thanks!

Wonderful coffee, atmosphere, friendly staff. Barista was delivering drinks to us, including my large mocha. They are currently fund raising for Bright Futures, a great after school program.

Hands down the best coffee shop on the central coast, yes there are some pretty cool cafe's in SLO but the coffee and tea served at the Bean & Leaf is phenomenal I have never had a bad drink from this place. Their menu is simple but covers all the right bases; Nitro, Cold Brew, Blended, Iced, Chemex, and a truly impressive selection of Tea's. I have purchased a variety of items from the Coffee Bean from travel thermoses to air tight coffee cups, and everything has been durable and unique. The Tea is all available for purchase and all the merchandise is reasonably priced. The thing that makes this place stand out from all the other coffee shops in this area is the employees, they engage in real conversation and still do their jobs with excellence. I come here every time i'm in town and have been here many many times over the past 10 years, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is 1st Rate. Definitely go check it out.

My favorite place for tea and coffee. I love their tea lattes. I live 2 hours away and when I visit, it's always my first stop.
