We always love coming here if we are in the area. So much better than another well known place. The staff is always friendly and have gotten our order correct every time. The coffee never tastes burnt. If you are in the mood for good coffee this is the place to come.

Great coffee shop located in Pismo next to McDonald's. Quick service with a friendly staff. I often use this place for work meetings. They have a meeting room free to use for those who request it in advance.

They were so nice and in our brief transaction I felt so welcome. They offered to make a drink for me without milk and substituted a different flavor. Thank you for brightening my day! ☕

First and last time here. Service was friendly but my Vanilla Bean Cold Brew tasted like sour milk and the muffin we ordered was stale. Very disappointing.

Best servers in slo county by far. They remember my order and what i like even if i haven't been in there for a while and coming from SB county. Great drinks best service

It’s really sad to write this review because I am one of those people who rarely goes out and spend money on these drinks but since I took a trip to Santa Maria from Los Angeles. I gave this place a try for the first time and it was just a horrible experience.
I ordered a Chai Latte with milk substitute, in the meanwhile I had to use the restroom. As soon as I got out, I clearly saw the server making a drink with regular milk. I was just paying attention but it never occurred to me that it would be my drink because I asked for Soy milk.
It’s not the first time it has happened to me somewhere ( it happened at Starbucks years ago) except this time I confronted the person and they still lied to my face when I clearly saw her make my order and hand it right to me.

Wanted to try something other than the usual Starbucks and was totally impressed by all the different non-dairy options they provided ! Great customer service from the workers especially it being so early in the morning . Will definitely be returning when I'm in town

I think it is simply some of the best coffee I've ever had. This is the only one I've been to. Have been coming here for years on vacation and always look forward to their coffee. The employees are always friendly. Based on this shop I'd pick the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf over any coffee shop if I knew it was available.

Their large lattes are the best. It was so good, I went twice a day for three days straight till we left the area. Now back in the bay area, I am missing the lattes.
