A nice diner and becoming a part of Paso Robles good down home cooking for breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito and it was a nice simple breakfast burrito. The service was very good, the people are very friendly and I think I need to give it a shot for lunch as well. very clean and oh my does the pie selections look good.

Heading back to Oceanside from Monterey and found this awesome cafe along the way Leslee Smiley was our waitress and she sure does do a great job she lives up to her name. My husband is Gluten free(not by choice) and the bread was very good. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

Food use to be good but the last two times it was the worst. Took family for lunch and the tritip and pastrami sandwiches were a joke - each had 3 small pieces of super thin beef or pastrami - there was twice as much bread as meat. Had to ask for mustard and sliced onions for the pastrami since it had nothing but the thin slices of meat. Then order lemon and pistachio cream pies and they were rubbery. Never eating at Vic’s again.

Comfy cafe setting with tasty American food, great no- nonsense service, and reasonable prices. My husband rejoiced over the trout & eggs breakfast and my soft scrambled eggs were perfect (no easy feat). It's at the top of our short list of best places in Paso to have breakfast.

Great food. Wonderful cook. Could not get a better home made meat loaf with gravy. Clean resturant. Nice mom and pop resturant. Great salads to. Hostess are great. Servers are hit and miss. One is just horrible, the others are great.

In a community were there are lots of great breakfast joints Vics Cafe is among the top ten in my book. They are open tell 2 pm everyday. French Toast is as simple as possible but absolutely delicious. One of my favorite lunches is the Hot Turkey Sandwich, tender roasted turkey on smothered in delicious turkey gravy server with mashed potatoes. Great diner food. Service is excellent. Definitely a locals favorite.

Nice to have a family restaurant that has been around for years. Always friendly service. Good mom and pop place. I haven't tried any of the gluten free options, but they're available.

Very Disappointed! Walked in and was seated immediately, no wait. Took 15 minutes for waitress to take our order, 50 minutes later and our food was not here, no explanation. When we finally asked, she pointed to a party of 5 and said there was a large group before us. We decided to cut our losses, apologized and left. Will not be back.

We came in with a group of 13, with a few food allergies. They were able to accommodate us on a Sunday morning within 10 minutes, and got our orders quickly. The coffee, bloody marys, and mimosas were also fast! I greatly enjoyed my breakfast burrito.

If you want a true hometown meal go where the locals go...Vic's . The food is fresh and classic diner style. Fresh homemade baked goods. The decor and seating are a little old but heh your looking for good food not to move in. This is where us locals are willing to stand in line shoulder to shoulder with tourists for a great breakfast.
