Friendly, attentive staff; good food and fast service.

The food was wonderful; I had the chicken tortilla soup and my husband had liver and onions. The brand new waitress was sweet, assuring me that, with my special requests, “anything is possible!” The owner graciously packed up a piece of pie to-go in an aluminum pan and bag of ice.
The experience exceeded our expectations!

Just a great mom and pop place. Food is abundant

Amazing diner. Great food. Great hospitality. Very reasonable.

Great breakfast, good portions, excellent service. Old school breakfast and lunch. The basic bacon, eggs and hash browns were delicious.

Have enjoyed breakfast here many, many times. They not only give you large portions, they also listen and they get your order right! The food comes to your table hot, even the plates are warm which hardly happens nowadays! Most important, the lead waitress is (in my opinion), one of the BEST waitresses in Paso...no kidding! She's there every Saturday morning, and she actually REMEMBERS your order, even when you have a party of (4) hungry people! She's always smiling, always happy and manages several tables GRACEFULLY...all at the same time. They are very lucky to have her! The chef also makes the BEST breakfasts, crispy hash browns, eggs and bacon cooked exactly to specs. We always order fresh tomato slices on the side and they are just that...always fresh! You must go here for breakfast!

This is our second time eating here. The first was several years ago while downing the weekend locally. This time we were simply paying though and wanted to try it again. Can't say anything but h great things. The food and service was great. Definitely worth the stop while on our travels.

The dishes sounded so good so our party gave it a try. Great service! But the food were very poorly executed. The menu have so much potential but the kitchen just can't handle it in my opinion. Mc Donald quality rating from me.

I'm writing this as I'm still here eating. Okay let's get to it:
Excellent service and professionalism. Seated my table of 5 instantly on a busy Saturday brunch morning. Has many great vegetarian/vegan options for my vegan friend. See below post about separate gluten free toaster: they really care.
I ordered the southern pacific train wreck. Incredible flavor with both the right amount of cronch. Great portions too and came out fast I highly recommend especially if you are hungover. Mimosas taste great. Chocolate waffle is also great.
I have a personal theory that certain foods on menus give a good impression on the quality of the rest of the menu: their onion rings are perfect! Perfectly cronchy and great flavor.
Overall amazing place and I wish I lived close enough to come often. Highly recommend.

Place is a great, local restaurant that has a number of delicious options. The trainwrecks are very tasty with the hash browns inside the scramble. The chorizo is nice and spicy and went really well with Jack cheese. The home fries are crispy and light with the perfect amount of flavor. Service was great - they were attentive and kept coming by to refill coffee. Restaurant is near downtown, which is perfect for an after meal stroll.
