AMSTRDM Coffee House | Piano Lounge

Went for some coffee during the soft opening and now I'm really looking forward to the grand opening! Good lattes, cool space, and really friendly staff. Actually AMSTRDM is a rebranding of Oak Pass under new management with a new direction. And the new direction is simple, bold, and locally-focused. The coffee and kitchen menu is small for now, reflecting the team's proclaimed goal to excel in quality rather than serve mediocre quantity. The coffee shop also doubles as a piano lounge. I haven't experienced the live music yet but who doesn't love a piano lounge? Maybe the future will bring dueling pianos. I also appreciate that the team are all from North County and seek to collaborate with other coffee shops, rather than compete. And they are really humble about their coffee. They want customers to be honest so they can improve. Altogether, good coffee and cool, smart business plan and values.

So glad this spot moved into town! I run a tour company locally and send people there way all the time. Whether you want coffee in the morning or an amazing Jazz trio at night this is the local spot to go. The owner is their day and night to make sure people have a cool spot to have a cup of coffee. Great place for that morning coffee. The magic in the evening is quite spectacular they bring in a 3 or 4 piece band that consist of a piano, bass, horn, and drums. This place turns into a great place to come and hear some awesome jazz.

My sister and I stopped by for breakfast and had our socks blown off by the food! She had a burrito and I had the Croque Monsieur and it was INCREDIBLE. Service was great and the place was super cute.

Great place to have your morning cup of coffee after a day of wine tasting.

Super friendly here, great service. I grabbed a beer and listened to a very good jazz band on a Friday night. Cool little spot.

Mocha Oaxaca was extra bomb today, also they are very friendly amd welcoming!

Service was incredible. We both had the breakfast sandwich which was cooked and assembled to perfection. A guest walked by and said the Eggs Benedict was great - will come back again soon to try more!

Love their coffee, especially cortado. Live music, great coffee and great atmosphere on Sunday noon is a must for a perfect lazy Sunday.
