Love the matcha latte iced with vanilla and soy milk😍😍(pretty good)

Really great espresso-based drinks (cappuccino & ice-latte). super friendly service. Food looks great but still didn’t try. Overall, we enjoyed it and highly recommend this place!

First of all, it's hard to find a place that's open at 7am on a Sunday morning. We arrived at 7:30, and sipped on a couple of their tasty specialty brews, while seated at their indoor,
street window, seating. Then, we ordered from their brunch menu at 8am. Our "Brunch Sammies" were delicious. The vibe is trendy, and we plan to come back to sample their evening menu, and enjoy live music.

Wonderful place to hang out. Great coffee food and staff. Go here every year when we visit Paso.

Great little coffee shop. My Americano with soy milk was delicious and quite consistent over 3 visits on 3 different days. Baked goods were delicious but often not available early in the day.

An absolutely outstanding establishment. The level of care put into the service, food, decor, and music is palatable. I truly felt welcome there. It felt like a social experiance rather than a cafe. If you hear the live music, take the time to peer in and absorb the atmosphere, it will make your day.

Went for the evening jazz. Promising new jazz venue for Paso Robles. Just what has been missing. Light food Thurs and Friday, full menu Sat and Sun. Small room with good acoustics and sight lines. Awesome Steinway piano. Decent short wine list.

Came in the morning and had a nice breakfast and mediocre coffee. Walked by later in the evening and saw they were still open. When we approached the host asked about a reservation. We didn't have one. He told us he hoped they wouldn't lose our business if he turned us away. One person in our party joked that they might. So the host told us seriously that in that case we are not welcome. I told him she was joking and we walked away. My companion walked back and told him he was rude to her and then walked away. Two minutes later the host and a woman (both with no masks) walked around the block to where we were and yelled at us and told us to "go back where we came from" that we had "harshed their vibe". Honestly, nobody even noticed our interaction and if they hadn't followed us around to yell and make a scene it would have been forgotten. It was a small misunderstanding and they blew it up because they had to prove..... Something? I hope we just caught them on a bad night. But if this is the reaction to perceived slights then I recommend people avoid this place. Certainly don't joke around with them.

(We realized that this place took over for the other Amsterdam Coffee. My friends had been coming to the previous place for years before they closed and they thought this was the same place. They couldn't believe the treatment from a business they had been patronizing for so many years. We realize now that it's not the same place.)

We love the atmosphere and the amazing customer service. The aesthetics is beautiful. Their drinks are amazing my favorite is the chai tea latte with oat milk. Their breakfast burritos are on point. I think I just found my favorite new little coffee house.

Very disappointing! Ordered a chess/meat try. It was less than meager for $22.00. It consiated of two small slices of cheese, each cut in half, 6 paper thin slices of meat, a few broken walnuts, one shriveled raspberry, a few scatted 'craisins' and that was it. No almonds as advertised. Barely enough to satisy a small child. Pretty pathetic really! $8.00 dollars would have been a stretch for what was offered, but $22.00! Seriously substandard. Service help is nice.
