If you’re willing to do a line for a solid 10-15 mins then this your spot. Some of the best coffee around the valley, don’t expect a seat though, they go fast and there are a bunch of student campers who occupy well beyond a coffee and meal

The location here is super crowded and there's a long line out the door on weekends. Was really excited about having coffee at verve but ordered a cappuccino and it was way too milky. There was almost no foam at all. Seemed like the barista was worried more about making latte art than making a proper cap. Probably will just head to peet's down the street for a traditional cappuccino.

5 stars for food and tea (the bowl of soul is awesome!) but 3 stars for seating.
To clarify, they have a ton of indoor and outdoor seating, and the space itself is really nice. But, to me, at least, all of their seating is just shy of being actually comfortable. So the chairs are too short for the tables, or there are bars attaching the tables to benches that are in the way of your legs, or the glass window at the side makes the area really hot in the afternoon. Also, they don't have outlets!
I think they designed a space that is meant to look inviting and comfortable but is actually a little off, so people don't spend more than a couple of hours working here.

If coffee is your thing, go to Verve! This location is perfect- in the heart if downtown Palo Alto a great place to hang out for anyone. Trendy, Indy, excellent coffee. Went to the Santa Cruz location awhile back, so glad to see a Palo Alto location. Downtown Palo Alto has free park on the side streets, a plus.

Nice place to stop by if you are in Palo Alto downtown! Handcraft drinks are amazing. I had one holiday drink named as Whisky latte (alcohol free) which is really amazing! There are tables available for reading and working, BGM is also peaceful. Street parking and walk distance parking lot are available.

Very nice coffee shop in DT Palo Alto with spacious seating indoors and patio outside.
I dropped in for some coffee, ordering their pour-over of Guatemala (flavors of watermelon, apple notes) and their nitro flash. I noticed they were a new shop, and very hyped over Instagram. It takes a few minutes when ordering their pour overs since they have to prep it, whereas their nitroflash is on tap! The coffee was light and a bit of tangy, I loved the set up of my drink where they put it in a mini pitcher to refill my glass. My friend thought the nitroflash tasted like beer? I definitely think it tastes different than other nitro cold brews from other coffee shops, but not in a horrible way? Just different.
I enjoyed my experience at this new coffee shop in the area, even though I got constant stares at from the workers when taking pictures haha!!

Nice space with ample seating indoors and outdoors.
Coffees are priced reasonably and they taste really good.
Love the greenery that surrounds the indoors.
WiFi is available as well, so take some time and indulge in the atmosphere.
Probably one of the best cafes in Palo Alto!
Great job Verve!
Recommend Strongly!

Went here for a quick bite and can highly recommend the Avocado Toast 🥑 as well as the Bao Green Tea 🍵 for tea lovers. Relaxed atmosphere and quite busy for a Saturday at 9am
