We were looking for specific Biography from a Peruvian writer. The young man (can't remember his name) was wonderful help us to find the books we were looking for and place the order for us. Overall every employee we encounter was helpful, and friendly.

i love bookstores. chill environment, nice café area with tables to relax in, and not too busy at the time i went. online book order and in-store pick up went super smooth. always a treat to go!

Great for finding the books I need, but getting my Mocha coffee there is a hit and miss. Half the time it doesnt resemble a mocha, service id great.

You can hang out there as long as you want without anyone bothering you. There are nice comfy seats if you get tired of standing and the staff are very pleasant. Prices are great too. Oh yeah, lots and lots of free parking! We really need to appreciate free parking because who knows if one day we will have to pay for it.

I could walk around this place for hours. It is sometimes difficult to find help or a cashier but if you're not in a hurry and are trying to get your steps in for the day while you're looking for books or employees, it's a great place to shop. I've been back several times in the past couple weeks and enjoy the leisure and the knowledge of the employees, especially one employee who gives great suggestions for spy novels. Highly recommend. The cafe is pretty good too!

This is one of my favorite places to visit and has been since I was a kid. Their arent many bookstores left that have great vibes like this one. Years ago they used to have furniture so you could sit and read but for some reason have gotten rid of them. I definitely think they should bring that back. Otherwise very cool place to enjoy reading and they have great deals.

Pro tip for parents: Take the kids to their section they have books, toys, and a stage to "perform". My kids love it and they always find a great book to read and buy.

Staff is always helpful and nice. I haven't had a bad experience ever. When they don't have a book in stock you can order it either to the store or to your place. The membership is only $25 a year to get added perks like every purchase being 10% off and quick shipping to your house when ordering books.
