Barnes & Noble

Go email that order was ready for pickup. Arrived at 2:45pm on Sunday. No one has answered phone. Called customer support. They can’t do anything about it. I don’t live around this store (35 mile one way trip) but it showed it had the item I wanted for pickup. Very disappointed.

As one of the only chain bookstores left across the country, they do a pretty good job of having a diverse collection of reading, audio/music, and activity items, to keep any age active. I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of vinyl records, and games. If you need things to keep you entertained, this is the place.

I asked Walter a question and he replied back with an attitude. I am very upset because the employees are supposed to be there to help you with any questions you may have. But when you ask, they give you attitude and reply sarcastically. Seriously Barnes & Nobles do better.

this place is great to find new novels and other creative items such as markers and notebooks and even little crochet gifts.

Love the Starbucks inside, Barnes and nobles. There is usually no weight in there. The staff inside there are very helpful and friendly. So, if you are looking for a book don't hesitate to ask.

It's always a pleasure going to Barnes & Noble so many wonderful things to look at, I think I could browse for hours.

I did business with the coffee shop. They ( 2 team members) were helpful and professional. I did not get any bad vibes from either persons. My visit was pleasant.

Love love love this place. Friendly employees, great coffee shop, and neat organization. Only downside is that they took their reading area out. I used to come here all the time and read a sample before deciding which book I wanted. Now it's like you better know for sure which one you want.
