Awesome little breakfast spot. I got a fairly standard breakfast sandwich on a freshly made bagel and it was divine. My wife's breakfast and her tea were also great. They have a lovely lawn right outside where you can eat if it is a nice day (plenty of those in Palm Springs). Only one star off because it was a bit pricey for a breakfast sandwich at a counter-serve spot. But well worth stopping in for a treat, particularly if you love well-made breakfast.

Wow! We really enjoyed this place. Stopped in because of the Dining Out For Life fundraiser and we had to be nearby in the morning and found it to be a great place to have a quick breakfast. Ran into some friends who eat there regularly. Who knew?
Had a bagel with cream cheese and coffee, and my partner had a egg, ham and cheese sandwich. All was excellent. The place was especially busy because of the fundraiser, which the owner was honored to be a part of. He was super nice to everyone and making sure everything was going smoothly with the larger than normal crowd, which it was. I need to get up early to go there again!

My first visit to Townie Bagel this morning was not what I would call a success.
Although I tried several times to explain to he young woman who was talking my order that I only wanted 4 bagels to go I wound up with four
bagels ,three with cream cheese and one with cream cheese and lox. I stated clearly three times I only want four bagels. One onion, one veggie ,one plain and one loaded. No cream cheese, no lox. The young woman apparently had other plans for my order. A disappointing and frustrating experience.
I found the product to be fine but ,the poor communication and customer service was less then I expected.

The toasted everything bagel was awful. It was very small, chewy and very over priced. I’ll get my bagels at the grocery store bakery where they’re large and crispy on the outside and much better.

As a New Yorker, when I was told we'd be getting bagels in Palm Springs, I wasn't expecting much-- but this place proved me so wrong! Really great fresh bagels, a little different then the ones I'm used too (the inside was less dense, the outside was a bit chewier than NY ones, but I actually found I liked both these things a lot, it's quite a good combination). Some seating, I'd suggest getting take out.

Bagels are good. Closer to Montreal style than Mew York style. Go early. They ran out of cinnamon raisin bagels by 8 am on Saturday morning.

This is such a very special shop for a few reasons. The bagels are incredible and made fresh daily. There's a wide variety and you can get it breakfast style or lunch style all day or just plain cream cheese like I do. The staff is really friendly and they're very fast getting your order ready. I highly recommend this really special little shop here in Palm Springs

Fantastic bagels and baked goods. Cold brew is delicious. Nice people. Get there early as the line can be long.
