Best place ever. Highly recomended if you want to cheat a diet day. The place is fire, cozy and friendly staff. The owner is such a sweet guy. I will definitely come back!

Slow team but great bagels, some of the best I’ve had this far from New York. Sells out by noon with popular flavors gone well before (last everything bagel went at 9:55am when I was there). This would be five stars except for the high acid coffee and the super slow kitchen. Not sure which step in the process is so slow but they are probably 3-5x slower to slice, toast, and spread cream cheese on a bagel then any other place I’ve been too.

Parking lot and free street parking. Accessible but crowded. Restroom (all genders).

So good. Line out the door every morning, and it's totally worth it. Bagels are exceptional, coffee too.

Don't miss it if you're visiting Palm Springs.

This place used to be amazing... It has changed drastically, based on my latest experience. 20 minute line, waiting outside in the sun. A man kept coming outside to micromanage the line and tell us where to stand (??) finally got to order; no one enjoys their lives here, very uncomfortable vibe from the employees. Took my receipt, the register guy is making my iced tea, I show him my receipt, he acknowledged me (or so I thought). 20 minutes later, still no food. I tell the man giving out the orders and he says "oh, that's our receipt, you shouldn't have that" as if it was my fault I took the receipt. Overall, people were rude and the bagels aren't as good as they used to be.

Edit: I open my BLT on a bagel: there's cheese, avocado and what looks like ham, nothing else. I bring it inside, bewildered, and show the girl at the register. Her response:
"oh, that's turkey bacon, we ran out of bacon a while ago. Didn't he tell you?"

Steering clear of this place from now on.
