I paid 4.75 (plus a dollar tip) for a twelve ounce cup of coffee that was poured out of an airpot. Yesterday I went to a shop down the street and paid half that for an equally good cup of coffee. The service was mediocre. This is a lot of money to pay for a pretty basic coffee. The coffee was good, but I felt ripped off.

I was on the go & wanted a quality iced coffee. I ordered cold brew & it was so flavorful & on point. Absolutely great customer service ! Hard to come by these days ! ☀️🌴

Best artisan coffee - they take the extra steps to ensure quality coffee. They have the best brista oat milk; which is hard to find.

Super cute hip shop and super friendly service but coffee was very disappointing. In defense of the shop we did go on Coachella weekend and at least 20 people deep in line. Should give it another chance on a different weekend.

Excellent espresso, oat milk and environment

Cartel, by far, has the best cold brew in Palm Springs. They have two kinds of cold brew. I recommend trying the "featured" cold brew which is rotated every few days. The "blend" cold brew is also excellent. I have tried other coffee shops in the area, which aren't bad, but Cartel coffee is such high quality, and is where you should go if you're a true coffee connoisseur. I also like that you can can choose from an 8 ounce or 16 ounce cold brew. Most coffee places only offer larger sizes and the coffee gets watered down before I can finish it.

Great place to hangout! Try their Chai latte, you will want to have it again!

All from their employees, interior designers and even facilities was excellent. A spot to keep going back to more and more every time. I strongly recommend this coffee shop to all of you.
