I first experienced Cartel Coffee in Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and was pleased to find one in Palm Springs. The coffee is great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Good, even great, coffee is increasingly easy to come by. Lots of coffee shops source high-quality beans and many coax the individual nuances out through the roasting process. The recent proliferation in high-quality coffee has not necessarily brought with it an equally widespread proliferation of high-quality coffee service. Cartel excels at both.

I was spending a long weekend just around the corner and was glad to have found it on the first morning. I know this may come off as hyperbolic, but that first espresso on the first morning was transcendent. It was perfectly executed. Perfect temperature, perfect extraction, perfect mouthfeel, perfect balance, with a finish that went on and on. It was equal to glass of fine wine or a course at a Michelin-starred restaurant. And each subsequent espresso, latte, and pour-over (as well as coffee service next-door at Wexler's) was deftly prepared and given the same attention to detail. This is immensely gratifying coffee.

Great coffee spot in Palm Springs! Upon walking in I was met with a (surely longer than usual?) line but I waited it out. Worth it. Great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and seemed unaffected by the busyness which was nice. My americano was delicious, with tasty notes coming through well. The vegan burrito wasn’t anything to write home about but was definitely satisfying. Not the cheapest, but matches the value received. Overall, would highly recommend!

In my opinion, this is the best coffee in Palm Springs.

By far the best espresso in Palm Springs. As good as my favorite coffee shopin Seattle, which in turn is the closest I've experienced to true italian Ristretto. Congratulations, and thank you for offering us such great coffee

If you enjoy truly great drip coffee, Cartel Coffee Lab is the spot in Palm Springs to go to! A variety of great coffee and tea drinks are sold here as well as unique, small batch batches of coffee beans (whole or ground to your liking) from unique coffee bean sources.

This place is very expensive. One cappuccino, coffee and two biscuits for almost $20 dollars. The cappuccino was very strong and served on a tiny little cup. What a joke. Customer service was average. We will most definitely not going back here again.
