Absolutely wonderful. We were looking for a delicious, filling, and moderately priced place serving fresh and savory dishes and read some highly rated Yelp reviews on this place. I treated my husband out to breakfast with our toddler for Fathers Day and we were not disappointed. The look of the place, tucked into a small strip mall oasis, was very refreshing on a balmy morning. Clean and decorated with comforting, calming and cozy colors. Soft music wafted on the slight breeze. Plentiful outdoor seating with a modern patio feel. The menus were easy to read and very clear for which we are thankful for. Not cluttered up with too many choices. I had the Lox & Bagel and my husband the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. Our toddler had the Silver Dollar Pancakes with fruit and orange juice. For $13.75, the lox & bagel was well presented, all toppings and ingredients liberally displayed. I was so happy to have a large plate enough to satisfy and fill me that I forgot to season my open faced sandwiches with salt and pepper like I normally do... and didn't even care. My husband practically melted away with satiation, happy to have finally found a place in this desert serving an actual Chorizo breakfast burrito ($12.75?), hearty, with the flavors balanced and not just haphazardly thrown together (I.e. thank you for NOT putting beans IN the burrito as that would have cancelled out the chorizo spices). His plate also had home fries garnished with green onions and a scoop of guacamole and sour cream. The kids menu (pictured artistically colored by my son) was moderately priced as well and had a great selection to choose from. It was a pretty large plate too. Well worth the cost and kept my kid's hunger-attention. All around a phenomenal experience. The only suggestions I have are: more variety in the kids side fruit than just cantaloupe and watermelon (my kid loves grapes, blueberries and bananas for example), and for my lox breakfast less capers, more cream cheese (also, probably should drain the capers before serving them as I had to strain them into another vessel, relieved I caught that before shaking them onto my bagel. That would have been very disappointing to me to have dumped THAT on bread. Dont get me wrong; I LOVE capers, just not so much the brine they're kept in). The flavors were great and the coffee was pleasant. Also, thank you for having flavored creamers for our coffees. Coffee is a major factor in our cafe dining experience.

Food greasy and cold, seemed more like frozen food in place if fresh. They need a visit from Chef Ramsey.

Sorry my idiot friend complained about the price of beers at 7am in the middle of the week. But $7 for a single beer is expensive.

Solid breakfast all around.
I had a ham steak and eggs. The ham was big and tasty, the hashed browns were just right and the toast was good quality. The eggs were ok but slightly overdone which is typical and frustrating of many a breakfast place. There should never be browning on scrambled eggs, and no chewy edge on the over easy/medium (turn the temperature down on your pan/griddle.) All in all I enjoyed it and will likely return.

Do you wanna wait forever to be seated and then completely forgotten about? This is your place! Told we would be seated in 20 mins then were skipped over for another group. This should have been our red flag to leave. We finally got seated after asking the host only to wait for an additional 25 mins with not a single person coming to ask us what we'd like to drink let alone take our order. The service here was absolutely horrible so we got up and left, going to the Trader Joe's next door to grab wraps for breakfast. Going to a McDonald's would have been a serious step up as at least the service would've been top notch.

This place is a little gem. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. There are many comments about the syrup, it's good and not "watered down". The pancakes are really good, fluffy, and cooked really well. We tried the chicken fried steak, it was crispy and the gravy had good flavor. Our eggs were cooked perfectly. I'm from SD so I thought the prices for the portions are really fair.

We were told to seat ourselves. Waited 5-10 minutes to get a menu. Food took almost 45 minutes to be served. Food was good. It was just pancakes and French toast. We will not return because of lack of service and length of time to get food.

The food was alright, our server was very nice. It took a while to place our order and the restaurant had very few customers. I took away two stars because of the cleanliness of the restaurant which is so important during these times. Flies were flying around everywhere too🤪 Don’t know if we will visit again if we are in the area🤷🏽‍♀️

The service was terrific but the food was disappointing. I know all cost have gone up but my blueberries were frozen, not fresh, oatmeal watery and pancakes unremarkable. It used to be the Palm Cafe but is no longer as good. With the great people there is hope for improvement and I would go back

Awesome choice for breakfast. Small out of the way place that is very nice and the food and staff are excellent.
