Paradise Cove Cafe

This place is a gem! Best pancakes hands down. Their banana nut pancakes are full of flavor. Don’t put too much syrup on them. They really don’t need the extra sweetness.

Their food items are a good size portion and served in a good size.

Service was friendly and quick.

Can’t wait for our next trip back to the area.

3/11/23. Place was a bit busy, but not real busy and we still had to wait 30+ minutes for our meal. Service from our server was HORRIBLE.

Went around the tables and I had to get up to ask someone to get me a coffee refill.

She never came back and again I had to get up to ask for a mimosa refill and extra salsa.

We asked for pancakes to go. Ten minutes later she comes back to tell us THEY RAN OUT OF BATTER!!! Seriously? No one noticed they were running low? Wow.

Food didn’t disappoint, the service did.

Will think twice about coming back.

Food was good but nothing special. Fruit consisted of unripe melon, no banana, grapes or berries to liven it up. No garnish to make a presentation, not even an orange slice. Service was mediocre, waitress was polite but not friendly until we were leaving.
We went to this breakfast based on the ratings and have no desire to go back.

This is a cute little diner but the day we went, the service was inattentive, not caring, and the food was not properly cooked. The pancakes and bacon were not properly cooked. Lastly, it took 40 minutes from time to order till we received our food with no sense of concern or care while we waited or when the food arrived.

Two stars only for the excellent food and the omelets. The let down was the syrup, it was so watered down made pancakes taste watery. It really did spoil the whole experience.
Also they had a really long wait time from when we were seated to when our waitress came to our table. I got the chorizo omelet and my wife got French toast. We also got pancakes as they were famous for it. The downside was waiting to get the first bite with the syrup and French toast was so disappointing. The syrup was just so watered down, not sure how much they saved by watering it down. It didn’t have the sweetness to savor the food.
Wouldn’t go back just cause of the syrup.

Had high hopes for this place there menu said made fresh. It was everything but fresh.
I had better food at a holiday Inn and that's no exaggeration. Save your money and go to Dennys (which I don't like but at least you know what your getting). AVOID this place

This place is a little hard to find, but is well worth it! The service was great and food was amazing. Very large and very delicious pancakes and burritos are what we got. We very much recommend them.

Like I said, it is a bit hard to find. It is smashed between Trader Joe's and Michael's the sign still says Palm desert cafe or something like that. If you come from the parking lot in front of Trader Joe's, it is on the left.

Anyway, we definitely recommend this place!

Great food...kitchen slow, staff friendly. Loved their amazing blueberry pancakes.

Very nice place. Food tasted good and the staff was very attentive. Nice restaurant tucked in the corner of Town Center mall and a great find. 👍

First timers for my wife and I. Wanted to try a new place and we weren't disappointed. I had the ham and eggs, bacon and eggs for my wife. Both of us had a pancake instead of toast. The pancakes are as good as advertised. The best I've had outside the east coast. Only one small negative, the coffee price is higher than average. $4 a cup, the good news we didn't have to ask for a refill. We'll be back.
