Meeting with a friend for lunch at Cups Cafe per his recommendation. Nice staff very good but for me that's where it ends. Ordered a Cobb salad that was over priced and under delivered. The only other gripe I have is it took a very long time to finally get our food. However they were busy. I won't go back next time it's Burgers and Brews for better food and service.

Ok people here we go. Cups is trying hard to be something great and it’s very popular on the weekend for brunch. The first flaw is there is more seating than the kitchen can handle so once you are seated the wait times for food are very long.
When our food arrived my wife’s breakfast had a hair right on top. Okay we’ll get a remake. They brought the food back and had clearly scraped the top layer off and added new eggs to the top with a soggy underneath. With half of the contaminated food still there we both lost our appetites after waiting 45 minutes for our food. Not to mention the steak was overcooked and both our dishes where missing onion and avocado which we could see on the same dish all around us.
Our server never did offer us refills on our empty drinks during our 45 minute wait.
Great job on crafting the menu and food presentation but restaurant operations and management are the foundation and Cups is underperforming.

If you like waiting for an inconsistent experience of bland imitation Mexican fusion food & lazy staff then this is your spot! Horrible service, and a staff that just generally doesn’t enjoy working. They stopped doing takeout orders on the weekends even though the pandemic is still on, and now they turned us away for service roughly 10 minutes before closing. Unacceptable restaurant that surely won’t be around for long ✔️

They’re well on their way. Great example of local small business ownership providing great service. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

This place is amazing. Excellent food and excellent service. Very pet friendly as well. They served my Bellissima girl a bowl of water and a doggy treat. I was so appreciative as was she. It's so nice to find a place where customer service is clearly still a priority. Loved every second and returned the next day with my mother whom also loved every second. Thank you Cups!

Great offerings for Lunch Special. I tried the cod tacos of which you get 2, side of Caesar salad, and added on a Clam Chowder for extra $1.95. Clam Chowder was delicious, will get a bowl of it next time. I chose deep fried cod for my tacos. It was perfectly cooked but lacked a little salt. Still, it was very satisfying and taco toppings and the caesar salad were nice and fresh. The octopus with thin sliced cucumbers sounds very appetizing to me so that will be my next culinary adventure.
I'm back 9-1-2017! This time I had the lunch special 2 cod tacos with a side of sweet potato fries with a dip... Oh yummy!!! Perfect combo. Brought my friend, she LOVED IT. We'll be back many times over. Customer service is excellent all around.

Had great expectations for this restaurant but was disappointed. Prices are very high for what yu get. Service was slow. Waiter never came and asked how our meal was. Clam chowder was not bad but needed more veggies. It looked like white cream sauce with a can of clams thrown in. Had fish and chips. Smallest pieces of fish I’ve ever seen. If we go back, would try the fish tacos.

Amazing food! I had a shrimp burger and I'm still dreaming about it a week later. Can't wait to try more on the menu.
