We were a group of 8 trying to find sitting at Cups Cafe on a Sunday. Our wait time was 1hr but the host was super nice and kept doing time checks with us and really did his best to seat us all together. Our waiting team was efficient and knowledgeable about the menu. The only problem I had was that I ordered the fish and chips and there was some plastic cooked into it. The manager was super helpful and even offered me something else to eat and helped to rectify the situation. That did not put a damper on our fun at all and I will definitely visit again, especially for the cinnamon swirl French toast!

Well I sought this place out after looking thru Yelp and Google for a nice place for breakfast as I'm not from this area. The Yelp and Google reviews seemed promising so we gave it a try, not once but twice. Both times were early in the day for breakfast. The first time the service was really good. The food wasn't exceptional, I actually didn't like the first dish I ordered and the server took the plate back and brought me something else that was much more enjoyable. Kudos to that server.

The next trip was several weeks later, right after the restaurant opened for business. My wife and I both ordered some coffee drinks and breakfast. My steak and eggs was good, cooked to the right temp, eggs and potatoes were basic and acceptable. My wife's dish was their specialty of the day which was pork with green sauce over eggs. The sauce was flavorful but the meat itself was cold. Not cooling off after being served but literally still cold after not being heated to temp. My wife didn't eat her breakfast but picked off of my dish. What seemed like a manager came to our table to ask how our meal was and I explained to him that my wife's food was cold. He then said if we had mentioned this sooner, he would have been able to do something about it. Really? The food was literally cold so my wife didn't eat but one bite of the meat and had to pick around at the egg underneath.

I really don't like giving bad reviews about locally owned businesses but this response from the staff on what could have been easily resolved left me left me wanting to warn others. I gave this restaurant two chances and unfortunately they won't be getting a third.

Place our order only for it to be forgotten about. we had to wait 50 minutes and have the staff retake our order. If you have 3 hours to have breakfast with no other plans for a sunday, than this is your place to go. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere. Edit: The owner provided the meal on the house for the confusion, appreciate the consideration for our time. The food was good, albeit a little hot as the order was rushed from grill to plate but no complaints for taste. Would come back for another meal.

The eggs Benedict perfect and the caramel latte was good. The service perfect and the place to comfy and warm

Breakfast wrap was very tasty. My mom had the lobster Benedict and it was not great. The menu does not say it comes deep fried which is a little weird, lobster doesn’t need to be deep fried if it’s good. It also tasted like coconut shrimp and not lobster.

Nice patio and good service. We had zucchini pancakes and chilaquiles. Food was good, service was fast and friendly. Hope the menu expands with more choices! We will be back!
