The Federal Bar

We waited one hour for our food. It was good, the drinks were good, our server was good. One hour for a salad, fries and two sliders?! The people next to us never got their food. Just drinks, then a bill. They told their server the food never came and tore up the bill. Beware.

Doesn’t have a great menu selection. It's a bit expensive for what you get. They tried to charge us $10 just for parking, so we found street parking and the mushrooms on my food seemed cheap. We witnessed people get sat and see the menu and bolt. The service was fantastic, though.

Came here for dinner and was very pleased. The tater-totchos are to die for and the grilled cheese was cheesy as could be. My waitress was also very sweet and friendly! This is definitely a great place to go for a fun and delicious night out.

Way too much cheese on the Ceasar salad. Far too much. Waste of the owner's money to put that much cheese on a Ceasar salad. If the food cost is high, it could be because someone is heavy handed.

The music was great one night. The second night it sounded like rage music which doesn't really go with the compliment the essence of the space.

This place was amazing with great vegetarian and vegan options. The drinks were really yummy and the pours and portions were generous. Will come back to try out the live events!

Lots of beer options, ranging from draft and bottle local and widely distributed. Private events can be held upstairs. Lots of food options but somewhat limited for vegetarian. For parking they have a closed-off lot that you must pay for valet services. Street parking is limited and also timed be careful with that option. Lots of seating options on the downstairs floor. Upstairs has its own stage and bar area. When I visited the seating was moved farther from the stage. I'm sure they can add more tables if it was necessary.

Great place for live music. They have some great stuff downstairs with the bar but upstairs is huge with a stage and all. Perfect to rent for shows with a good crowd. Their food is AMAZING with some great vegetarian options! It's not the cheapest but you can't go wrong. Plus bottomless mimosas with food for $25- unbeatable!

Food could be better. Drinks were okay. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Decent overall vibe with good food and great cocktails. Happy hour was great. It can get a tad loud so if you plan on getting some work done you may need some headphones.

This place is truly a jewel kept secret! I all ways knew the federal bar was great for solid cheep drinks! But, a couple of nights ago my wife and I enjoyed what I thought was to be one of the best diners I have had in a long time for the price! Honestly I was not expecting anything more then your classic bar grub and was pleasantly surprised with my favorite comfort food dishes gone gourmet! This will now forever be my new favorite place to go eat when I get the munchies and need a great beer to wash it all down! In short this is a must try! You will love it! Plus our server liana was absolutely the best !
