As you can see the plates speak for themselves. We seriously ate every last bite! We ordered the breakfast enchilada, oreo pancake (side) and Ned's benedict. The have order of oreo pancakes and the also have side dish where it is just one pancake. We shared the pancake cause honestly you cant eat here and not get the oreo pancake. The make the pancake with a whole oreos in the batter and oreo crumbles on top. We didn't even put the syrup on there. Also if you get the breakfast enchiladas get it with the machaca meat. You will not be disappointed.

The food was amazing, a very unique menu of delish breakfast options. FROSTED FLAKES FRENCH TOAST!! So yum.

Good but kinda cold.

Definitely a nice breakfast spot. the menu has the usual favorites plus some more unique items. very small area inside with a small patio at the front and a longer corridor to the side and area in the back. was close to empty on a tuesday morning.
I avoided what I assume is the best part of their menu, the pancakes and french toast, due to sugar restraint. I regretted my decision but not immensely. the potatoes were cold and the oatmeal tasted a bit like sun tan lotion. prices are reasonable. would go back to try something like the frosted french toast.

Really cool place for breakfast/brunch type food. Pancakes were bomb and the eggs benedict were bomb. Ez 5 stars...no complaints here. Oh and the staff and customer service is top notch too! Definitely recommend this cool lil spot.

The perfect way to start the day off in North Hollywood. Loved the breakfast pasta definitely a first, french toast was banging as well as the bacon and eggs.

EAT's breakfast menu is both varied and well prepared; the Frosted French Toast is super good, try it! The indoor-outdoor setting and satisfactory service makes for a completely solid food experience.

Great brunch with time of menu options. The Frosted Flake French Toast is to die for. Cooker perfectly with a nice crunch in every bite. Huevos Roncheros is really good. It has a small bit of heat but not over powering. The Chicken Breakfast Past is ok it’s a little dry because there isn’t a sauce to it but I put some of the black beans and sauce from the Huevos Roncheros and it was perfect. I will deff come back when visiting CA.

Food was great! Service was great! But the bathroom reminded me of a bad music venue... No water pressure in the sink.

Bacon, Jalapeño Sausage, Mushroom and Cheddar Cheese.
Was so yummy ...
