Great coffee and plenty of seating. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great!

Perfect place for a coffee date or to have a meal while you get some work done. They are almost always training new staff so please be patient with them-- the food is always worth the wait. Sometimes the drinks are a little weak but the staff is very accommodating. Items I recommend include the 7 leaves tea, bees knees latte, hot mess, and tuna melt (I forget the actual name).

This place was such a disappointment. You can tell that the owners have put a ton of money into the space. The layout and some of the design features are cool. The cleanliness of the place is seriously disturbing. The sitting spaces are dingy from not being cleaned frequently/well enough. The bathrooms are horribly disgusting. They are close to the nastiest bathrooms I have ever seen in a dining space. The service was very lackluster. The staff were very curt and overall unpleasant. The toffee blonde bar was decent, however the coffee was horrible. When I say horrible I mean worse than gas station coffee, worse than airplane coffee. Just downright bad. The espresso was very bitter and clearly over-extracted. It’s a shame how bad this place is- it has so much potential, however without a serious overhaul in staffing, quality of products and service, and cleanliness this place is a lost cause.

Haven’t been here much since COVID, ordered a 20oz hot cinnamon toast latte but looking at the cup compared to others that definitely was not 20oz. Make sure you get what you order, if Intazza doesn’t offer this size for hot drinks then you shouldn’t be charged for it if that’s the case. Would come again but probably not order online anymore which takes away the benefit of ordering pick up when you are on your way to work.

Always looking for a new coffee shop that isn’t a chain like Starbucks and I think I found my new coffee place. I’ve ordered minimum 5 times and every-time it was perfect, customer service is amazing and the coffee.. better than Starbucks or any chain. Will return with friends!

Customer service could be a little better, but overall great place and great drinks.
Food was a little bland but I’d be willing to try something else off the menu ( we got a flatbread )
Also my fiancé’s smoothie was not filled all the way so he was a bit annoyed but he said it tasted great.

Yes you should go here. The drinks and food are all good, not to mention the atmosphere...modern with a cozy vibe. Their "Hot Mess" breakfast is amazing. I also enjoy their chai and matcha lattes (usually choose a dairy-free milk and opt for iced). If you need to meet up with someone like a work colleague, this is also an awesome place for that.

Coffee was good. We didn't stay but looks like people come hang out there. Lots of space to have coffee and work, study or meet up with friends.

Food and drinks are good but the staff is not that friendly. Cashier stared at us while ordering and didn't even confirm if she heard us. She started talking to her coworkers while taking our order and didn't even say thank you or anything. Saw her drinking her drink in front of the food and not doing her job. Super unprofessional. Coming from being a barista at Starbucks, we pride ourselves in being friendly and comforting to customers. Have never gotten that here.

This was a welcomed and unexpected find for this area. A very trendy and warm place to meet friends or get some work done with options to sit inside, outside, or upstairs. I got the orange peel pour over and it was fantastic! The avocado toast left much to be desired but that’s nothing to dock any stars over. Highly recommend Intazza!
