On 4/28 I mobile ordered 5 sunrise lemonades. I waited 20 mins to be told that they were out of lemonade and had no idea when they were going to get any. I then asked for a refund the guy said he would process it. I waited three days called back and asked for a manager. The man who answered stated he was a manager and that the refund took 5 business days after that I had to call my bank. I waited until 5/3 and called my bank and they said they don’t even see a refund. So today is 5/14 and I am out $28 and still no drinks. I used to order from all of your locations but after this I will not be back to any of them ever.

Este lugar me encanta pero hoy NO! La actitud de la chica q nos atendió súper pesada sinceramente para la próxima si ella está ahí tendré q ir a otro lugar 😣 gracias a Dios q otra chica nos preparo nuestros café 🫣
