Their baked goods are 🔥🔥🔥 and their coffee was definitely high quality. Shoutout to the guy who helped us, he was super friendly and walked us through their menu since we were first timers. 🥰

I got the cafe au lait which was tasty and my partner got the hojicha which they felt was a little watery but still tasty. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The big wooden table was my favorite part. They also sell beanies, shirts, and pins. Overall very nice and comfortable way to spend our morning.

Great place for delicious coffee and great vibes! Definitely a must visit for the coffee lover. They also have vegan pastries, but they run out quick, so be early!!

Everyone here is incredibly pleasant, talented and accommodating. All the drinks are great and the Avocado toast is phenomenal.

Awesome cafe with great vibes and better tea. They were very welcoming as we ran in from the rain, two kids in tow. The clientele was also very friendly. My son enjoyed a steamed milk, I had their chai, we shared a banana toast, all were fantastic. We will be back.

This is NOT about the coffee shop. It’s cute, cozy, I’m sure the coffee is great. But as an avid cyclist who has a lot of tandem rider friends who have this coffee shop on their bucket list, I came in to look at merch/stickers. These local “artists” are KILLING MY SOUL. There are so many great opportunities (people on a flying tandem drinking coffee, a tandem with a coffee maker on the back of it, etc etc etc), and these are all obviously people who don’t understand that the coffee shop is called captain and stoker because of the *tandem bike* over the dang register. Was really sad to send this info to my friends all over the US that the sticker and merch selection was so disappointing. Anyways. Please still give them business, but I hope someone reads this review and stars making them awesome stickers worthy of the name and reputation!!!

Cutest spot in Monterey for a delicious breakfast or brunch! Ordered the avocado toast and the cinnamon roll toast and they both were delicious. An amazing surprise was the strong taste and the beautiful presentation of the espresso! Truly a hidden gem that I would definitely recommend ;)

Absolutely the best espresso drinks on the Monterey Peninsula! This place has lines often, but it's worth it. Wonderful staff with remarkable training and consistency in their pours. They also have Gluten-free and vegan pastry options.

Decent coffee, bored / not especially polite staff, but very cool atmosphere and seating.
