White Mountain Café

We stayed at the McCloud Mercantile Hotel & LOVED it. The hotel gives guests a $20/voucher for breakfast so we ate here. Good standard breakfast food with a view of Mt. Shasta.

I liked the service, the server was attentive and dilligent, the atmosphere was quaint and comfortable. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich which features the house smoked pastrami! I really enjoyed it. They also have offerings featuring their hot smoked tri tip!

Absolutely love this place. The food is excellent. One of our favorite breakfast places.

Come in n have the breakfast burrito. This husband n wife team really rock this place

No clear signage when you come in so everyone that comes in sits down then has to get up again to order. "No table service" means "no tip". Just an inconvenience for everyone who's never been here before...

The amount of people coming through for the festival is a huge incentive to wait tables and work. Any restaurant that has operated at full capacity is still the same when it's full. Not waiting tables. Makes it all slower and more inconvenient for the customer.

Fantastic menu and the food is honest diner food that is fresh and delicious. This place will not disappoint! Kids are welcome and cocktails are served.

At first I’d usually go to the other breakfast spots in town with my lady but she told me about this place and how much she loved the food over there and let me tell you, their breakfast was on point. Me and my lady were able to order a bunch of other stuffs to sample and the food came out spot on. From their pork belly and spuds, to their chicken fried pork chop, alongside their biscuits and gravy, oh and their pancakes... oh man it was a total mouthgasm! I was definitely pleased with their potato spuds and the seasoning that they’ve added. All in all food was amazing!

The people saying they have a rude attitude are absolutely right. Here they bark orders at you and keep a stiff air of disrespect. Apparently the current owners stole it from the last people... Yeah it's a cursed location I don't think anything good is going to be happening here soon

Great place! We enjoyed a good breakfast this morning. Pretty straight forward tradional breakfast menu. Service was excellent and with a smile.
