Love this little gem on the ridge. They are popular. Food is wonderful!
The staff are all excellent, happy and efficient. The prices are great. It's clean! I like clean restaurants. We go here often and I have never been dissatisfied.

Nice family atmosphere, always hearing laughs and happy birthday songs sung from employees to their customers. Friday nights prime rib is so tender and flavorful, not to mention the fresh cooked vegetables and big dessert selection. Great food and staff.

Great food. Very busy place and they are trying to keep up with all customers. Great service but last time we waited a little longer than usual. Still worth it!

Waited over 1/2 an hour for breakfast. Food was dry and bland. 3 egg omelet was $10.00....no fruit, no toast... nothing to go with it. It had tiny pieces of bacon & tiny pieces of tomato inside. Not enough to flavor the omelet. Mostly for appearance! We thoroughly enjoyed Jackie's prior to their fire. Not so much now.
**At Jaki's invitation we returned for a duplicate breakfast and were pleasantly surprised by a wonderful meal. The omelet had small chunks of good tomato and pieces of bacon. Plus, I had a couple of options to go with the omelet along with toast. Good service, nice proportions (I couldn't finish it all & had to bring some home) and flavorful. It is once again our local Jaki's and we will be returning for more meals from their large menu.

We ordered appetizers and got our main course first. When we asked about our appetizers our waitress said she was sorry she forgot. When I spoke to the manager about the rate of service
He acted like everything'is ok. There were only 12 people in the restaurant and that's including my family and staff.

My friend and I decided we would try this place cause it used to be the famous JACKI'S. The seating is booths instead of table and chairs which is very comfortable. The food was fresh and tasty. I had a salad and had to bring half of it home it was so big. Very efficient and great service. Easy in and out and we liked the experience.

I cannot recommend this place enough! when I went there it was slammed busy and yet they still found a way to see me and under 10 minutes. The coffee is excellent, the hash browns are dank, And when it comes to Belgian waffles, there is no better joint in this area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even when they seem to be overwhelmed they still find a way to help people quickly. if you're in the burned area and you need a little pep in your stop in a little joy in your day do yourself a favor and go here.

Got seated fairly quickly but had to ask for water 3 times, had to ask for place settings repeatedly. Finally got them 15 minutes after our food was delivered and even then only got spoons and forks, and only 3 settings for 4 people. The server, who was less than friendly but not quite rude, applied the syrup all over just before she reached our table and proceeded to tell me she's did so as she placed a dripping plate over my lap in an effort to serve it to me. My lap was covered as was the floor directly next to my bench seat. I sent back the 2 kids meals as they were covered in syrup since my kids don't eat it. When she returned with additional food for our table, she reached onto my plate and took my syrup away. The pancakes, eggs and seasoned fries were good but that's where the good food ended. The burger was bland, all of the other meat (ham sausage and bacon) on the table tasted like chemicals and was inedible. I ordered chocolate milk for the kids and got hot chocolate instead and didn't get a refill on any of the drinks. She never cleaned up the syrup on the floor so I couldn't get out and when she saw me trying upon completion of our meal, she went into the kitchen (I thought to get a rag) and then stuff there watching as I passed my 2 year old across the table and then tried to avoid the mess on the floor. Left with syrup covered pants AND shoes, and empty bellies because the food sat on the table, discarded.
I was really excited to have another restaurant open on the ridge after the fire but I will not be spending my money there again anytime soon.
