This place has Great Food at a good Price. Plus it's a good place to go Socialize. You can even Customize your favorite Foods, depending on the Waitress. Most of the time, as long as you have a Big Smile while you're asking. They don't mind!! But keep in mind that extras do Cost... LOL maybe that's why they don't mind!!. Good Times.

Our waitress was great! Food was decent. But my bacon cheeseburger I'm 99% sure wasn't meat. It had the consistency of spam and it like a flavorless sponge. I'm not usually one to complain, but it has made me ill all week, and I know I have an allergy to methylcelluose so...not to happy about that.

FOR ME, This is a great , great place and a pleasant experience with all the stuff. I've happened to be working around the area for a few months and oh my goodness. We scored with this place. We tried everything from morning to closing hours and we weren't disappointed. Thank you everyone at Hilltop Café.

Moved to Paradise earlier this year and have been wanting to try this place. It didn't disappoint! The food was so delicious and portions were huge. I literally did a happy dance in my seat and my taste buds did one in my mouth!

We really like to eat at this place. The service is good, the portions are generous and we like this place better than the Cozy Diner which is where we used to eat all the time before the fire.

Consistently good comfort food served by a friendly staff. Menu items can be modified easily. Great value for the money. Senior and early bird menu items available. Everything you'd hope for in a cafe.

As Chico has Cozy Diner on Mangrove and Paradise has Cozy Diner back on Skyway; Magalia also has a cozy diner ,, it's called Hilltop Cafe! On Skyway in Magalia 1/4mile past the stoplight at Skyway and Southpark dr on the right. Really can't miss it, just look for many cars parked at a restaurant. Thanks.

My date and I came here for the first time, on 06/18/2021. We figured since the parking lot is packed, it's either really good - or lack of choices. After eating here, we concluded it's probably both. 😊

We were greeted by a Marissa, and she was our server. She was fun, and helpful. She made a couple of great suggestions, and we were not disappointed!

The restaurant was clean, despite being so busy. Our food was served quickly, and exactly as ordered! We noticed all the staff we observed, appeared to be happy. Everyone was working together like a well oiled machine. This would suggest there's good management here.

We look forward to returning again soon, because we would like to explore their large menu some more. 👍🏼

It has gone downhill sense jacky left, but the food is still okay. their toast was gross and the fries are just okay. but the food is still very good. they should refridgerate the ketchup because it tastes fermanted and it can be gross
