Really disappointing experience. Customer service was awful. At a self serve yogurt shop interaction with customers is minimal anyways but the guy working there didn't greet me (that's fine) but when he rung me up he didn't say a word accept tell me my total, took my card, handed it back to me and then turned around. Seemed like me being there was a burden. The yogurt also tasted bad. Like sour bad. The mochi was hard and definitely old. Bummer.
Lack of courtesy really makes for a bad experience. Guy behind the counter refused to even say hello to my children when we walked in, no response when I said thank you, I’ll gladly take my business where it is more appreciated. Even my toddler asked me why he wouldn’t say anything.
The yogurt is delicious but costumer service is lacking. The worker didn’t say a word to me until I was about to pay. They make you wear gloves when getting your frozen yogurt due to Covid which makes sense. Some of the toppings seemed like they’d been sitting out for a while. The cherries were turning black so obviously I didn’t get those. It was an okay experience.
Found hair in my yogurt, and asked the server to replace it. She said I took it out of the yogurt so it is not her problem any more. Rather than apologizing or doing something, she behaved too rude. It was a bad experience. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. I hope the lady smiles a bit too.
Been coming here for a couple of years now. Its great when I want something cold and refreshing. My favorite flavor was California tart it goes great with fruit. They didn't have any my last visit (disappointing) so I hope they bring it back. The shop is always really cold and the joint is clean. They have a punch card, buy 8 10oz. Yoghurts and the next 10 oz. Is free. Couple months back they didn't give me a new card, it seems you have to ask for one in order to get it
Very bad customer service cashier was grouchy and didnt let my daughter pour sprinkles on her yogurt 😡, first and last time there and the only reason i put 1 star is because the flavors were good
This place is always very clean and well kept. But they have horrible customer service! The lady that works there doesn’t even greet you and is really rude. You cant even get a word out of her when you ask her something she just gives you this very bad look.
This is the only frozen yogurt place in town. Its cute and usually clean, but the yogurt is often runny and the toppings are mostly stale. I'm rooting for them to get better and to do well because we really need a good frozen yogurt shop in town.
