Churro muffins, butter croissants, blueberry muffins, horchata latte, and green tea lemonade are all amazing. The place is clean and well stocked (although I couldn't find a straw nor was I given one when asked). But the girl at the register was a bit less than pleasant. I get it, you're at work early in the morning, and it was freezing that day. However, if you're not a morning person, maybe don't work at a coffee shop first thing in the morning as your job. Just sayin'. Other than that, all was pretty good. I will likely go back.

TMC is a specialty coffee retailer and roaster that operates thirteen locations across CA where majority of their stores are in Southern California. Similarly, they offer baked pastries. This location is off the 5 fwy and broadway. I have tried most coffee shops but never had the opportunity to try Tierra Mia. It’s indoor was huge and very spacious with lots of natural light. Furthermore, it’s very clean, neat and organized. Interior decor and lighting fixtures were modern and cool. Staff were very welcoming and assiduous. I ordered a medium size iced coffee and chocolate croissant.
To my surprise their cold brew coffee with milk was incredibly good and it definitely effaced my preconceived notion about Tierra Mia. In my humble opinion, it’s definitely one or two levels up from other coffee shops. The chocolate croissant was warm, fluffy and soft on the inside. There was no line when I came in the morning but got busy around after I left.
Prices were fair and competitive. Parking lot ( w/ shade) was large and spacious. Outdoor patio seats are available. Overall, I had a good order experience and phenomenal drink and food. Therefore, I highly recommend this coffee shop.

My favorite place to visit. Their Chocolate Mexicano Frapp and a chocolate croissant is my go to. Their new chocolate Tres leches muffin is also amazing!

On our way back to the valley we saw this coffee shop. It was just off the freeway and one of our friends had just recommended it. Picture a Mexican Starbucks or Estarbucks (Yes I said it!) I had the Horchata Frappe, my wife had the hot chocolate. To eat we chose to share a churro muffin and a dulce almond danish. Everything was perfect and I wish they had one closer to us, hint hint. Think NoHo Arts district El Mejor Cafe Viene de Tierra Mia, please!!!!

Great place for am incredible cup of coffee and bakery items. My chocolate croissant was just too good, now I need to come back more often. It's also a great place to chill and get some work done.

Wow this coffee is great. I just go for a drip no cream. This coffee is very low in bitterness. No need to spin it up in some magical ice mix no one can remember. It's just good coffee. Go enjoy this spot.

Not a good experience. It’s awful to see gentrifiers receiving better treatment from “supposedly” our own ppl. Its disappointing and saddening to see this at a Mexican coffee shop. We didn’t even order we left. I would never come back here.

I've tried a lot of the drinks at Tierra Mia, and for the most part, they're all very good, but what keeps me coming back is the Special Reserve Brewed Coffee. You might not know what this just by reading the menu, so I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they make this via pour over. The pour over method is a pretty labor intensive and time consuming way to make coffee so some coffee shops can charge a hefty premium for this kind of coffee. Tierra Mia only charges $3.95?? Unreal. The bean choice options change with the seasons but I have yet to be disappointed by any of my pour overs. I don't know how they make money on this drink but as long as they have it, I'll be coming back for more.

Unhoused person who wasn’t bugging anyone was kicked out very aggressively by two baristas. Two of us were sitting outside to an otherwise empty set of tables and benches. We offered to pay for a meal so the gentleman can take a breather from the physical altercation outside. Big white barista preceded to go on a power trip and barred me from entering and making an additional purchase. It was never about the safety of the customers; just placating to those who clutch their pearls. Why open a coffeeshop in the hood if yall can’t handle how the local community supports each other, especially displaced people? FOH.
