Great coffee shop in Hollywood with a fun, bright atmosphere and incredibly friendly service. They have good drip and all other typical offerings, but the highlight here it their specialty lattes that use house-made syrups and milk alternatives. Their menu is mindful to provide great dairy-free options that taste great (although, you can get regular milk if that’s your jam). I got the Filipino oat iced coffee which tasted great - I’ll be back to try more!

Stopped by for an afternoon pick me up while visiting Thai town and I have to say that this place did not disappoint. We had ordered the Thai Town Latte & the Filipino Iced Coffee. They were both tasty, but if you had to choose one I’d recommend the Filipino Iced Coffee. I’d also have to recommend that you bring your own straw if you plan on getting the Filipino Iced Coffee because they do not have straws and the ube powder tends to sink to the bottom unless you mix it frequently with the stir stick.
I do have to say that it’s interesting that they charge an extra 25¢ for ice.

They had great vibes and would have definitely stayed to work there if I had my laptop and if there was seating. There’s about 5-6 tables but they were all taken and there was only bench seating available but there was very harsh light coming in from the front entrance that made it a little hard to sit there.

The shop also has a lot of cool items for sale like coffee and sustainable gifts for tea and coffee.

~~Parking: There is no dedicated lot, so you’ll have to find metered street parking or walk a little further to search for some residential parking spots.
~~Service: Good.
~~Best Part: We ultimately chose to come to this place because it has different coffee options than all of the typical ones that you see at other coffee shops.
~~Worst Part: The shop is a little hard to find if you’re just passing by. You’d definitely need to be out searching for it because I thought Google Maps had taken us to the wrong place. There is a coffee sign painted on the side of the building but I almost went into the restaurant next door.
~~Return: Yes

This pleasant cafe offers a super clean and refreshing environment. Service is quick but I’ve never felt rushed - maybe it is the high ceilings, paintwork, and/or large south facing windows that soothe my soul.

This is a great spot for a drink to help re-charge but I am gaga for their pastries. Although I eat gluten I recently had a gluten-free, chocolate donut- it was delicious! Cannot wait to try more.

I never had a great experience here. Their milk is consistently badly foamed, resulting in a thick layer of tasteless bubbles on top with hot liquid underneath. After two bad cappuccinos, I decided to give it one last chance and tried their special Thai Town Latte, which was a total disaster. I paid 6.5 plus tip for a cup of bland, extra hot, watered down Thai tea concentrate that I had only one small sip.

To give Obet & Del's credit, I like its interior design and vibe, there is a sense of openness and optimism. In one side of the room, big street windows let in lots of natural light onto the beautiful brick wall and light up the airy space. In the other side, a few tables are placed against a wall painted with bright color stripes.

Great pastries. Coffee was good but not as strong as I would like. Next time I’ll add additional shots. We ordered to stay. I would prefer a traditional coffee mug rather than a glass water cup but a cup is a a cup. I would also like the coffee hotter but I know some people like it at a lower temperature. Over all very satisfied and will come back.

Great vibes every time I grab coffee here! I’d truly say this is the best coffee shop in Hollywood. Coffee and pastries don’t miss plus the staff is consistently super welcoming. Can’t wait to go back and try the specials but loved my honey oat matcha and my husbands honey oat latte.

I ate my pastry and drank my tea before I thought to take a picture for the review so I feel that speaks volumes about the quality of this place. My favorite neighborhood coffee shop - I have never had a bad thing off the menu here. The white miso kouign-amann is especially unique and I’m so glad the person working recommended it.

Edit: add my miso kouign-amman

The coffee has a weird taste. They portray a progressive image but when I presented my mug for a refill they charged me full price. I feel like coffee shops should offer an incentive for customers who want to reduce the amount of plastic waste thrown back into the earth

***they also bully you and say mean things if you leave them a bad review

Very cute shop in Thai Town with upbeat staff and music. Bakery items looked great, not like the commercial stuff you see in most coffee shops. Good espresso👍🏻

Wow!! $3-$5 Coffee, lattes, matcha, tea drinks! They also have pastries. Such a cute coffee shop. Local new gem opened in Jan 2020. Great place to wifi but can see this place getting popularly packed in the very near future.
