It’s fine but the baguettes don’t taste like France.

All the pastries were served cold even though we were adjacent to the bakery.

Missed an item from our order which we had to go in and get.

Rude patrons that sat touching us while eating then refused to move over when asked.

Overall unpleasant dining experience.

Food is good, but I waited over an hour for a breakfast sandwich. Usually that’s where you don’t pay or get a free coffee or something, but the place just seems to focus on delivery rather than the people actually there. Pretty disrespectful IMO

Great bread but super pricey. Also, am I really supposed to tip for buying bread? What about the ladies in vons who have way more customers... Where will it end. This is too much. That tip machine for buying a baguette is going to continue to give you 2 star reviews.

Today called to order for pick up over the phone, all of the times were ordering, no problems. But today called and they refused to do it. Only online or at the store. Seriously ? Asked a guy to talk to manager - no manager, asked to talk to somebody else - only this guy, nobody else.
Poor customer service, choose you workers better.
Food and style is great tho. Would be way better place with more helpful and nice stuff.

Awesome bakery in up and coming neighborhood -walking distance from Echo Park Lake.

I live just a couple blocks away and I’ve been waiting for something like this to open in the area. Very excited.

Wonderful mid day lunch! Very flavorful BLT sandwich! My wife had the veggie sandwich that was also very good! We will be back!

This place bakes the most delicious bread in town and has absolutely awesome sandwiches. For any bread lover, I highly recommend this place. The friendly staff and the one of a kind neighborhood ambiance, makes this a fun trip with a tasty memory

Great bread and pastries. Always enjoyed their baked goods at Grand Central Market.. but this is where its actually baked! Awesome stuff if you enjoy croissants and loaves!
