Drinks are always good!! Never a dull moment in the drive thru!

Always good service! Crazy sweet coffee but it's good

Drink is great a blended Golden Eagle but the plastic cup has a half inch cut in the side and my drink is leaking everywhere.

Drive thru available and is the more popular option. However, I parked and ordered at the window (outdoor seating only). I received exactly what I ordered, but during payment, the employee verbally asks if I would like to leave a tip (rather than the standard expectation of leaving customers to complete the payment process on their own).

Best coffee and iced energy drinks anywhere. The atmosphere that the young people that work there bring to work everyday is exactly what an old man like me needs besides her coffee and energy drinks!

Busier than Starbucks, better service and eaiser on the wallet than Starbucks bucks. Looking forward to the new one on Hatch.

What happened?
My partner and I both got the mocha iced- medium and large.
We took a few sips and had to toss it out. Drove to Mcdonalds and got their coffee instead.

It was too watered down. It almost felt like 1 shot of coffee in the large and medium cup.
No coffee flavor, no sweetness, nothing.
I LOVE Dutch Bros and had it throughout all my college years in Davis. Never thought I'd run into a disappointment with Dutchbros.

I go to Dutch everyday specifically on hammer . I came to the Lathrop because my mom lives near by and ordered my usual Annihilator and it looked like milk . I told the barista and she got a manager ; she kept saying it was right and didn’t want to remake it . I feel like they should’ve just re made it . There are nothing but kids who work here and have no respect , but I was in a rush so I took it and left . I won’t be returning here .

Not so packed friendly customer service great coffee....
