The lines are always long and they never wanna use the walk up window I was standing there for 5 minutes waiting to order even tho there was a gentleman already there waiting for his order to come a worker came to me and told me to get into the drive thru lane if I wanted anything even tho I was already at the window I told her I can’t wait 25 minutes I’m on lunch and she said ok bye

Coffee was fine. Lethargic order taker definitely prefers the young women. Totally skipped me and I watched the young lady tell him I was ahead of her. He blew it off. When I asked him about her jumping in front, he replied "oh did she skip? My bad." He asked if I wanted to skip the tip. I wasn't going to punish the other workers for his work ethic. Integrity is not a part of customer service here.

We love it, fast service, very cheerful staff and atmosphere. Like their drinks. The golden eagle is my favorite. So creamy and tasty.

First time here girl at the window was awesome very friendly I order a large SF Vanilla Latte with almond milk iced it was delicious thanks will definitely come back soon.

Jason was super nice and helpful today! Its cold and rainy outside, and he still had a smile! Ordered an Aftershock and a Vampire Slayer

My wife and absolutely love this place, just can't get enough. It will take a few trips and mods to know what you'll like. A tweek here and there for the perfect drink. Also, staff adds a hip, fun and fresh environment. Good job!
