The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Coffee Bean is definitely my favorite chain, but if you use the drive through here, expect to get something other than what you ordered. Since it's a drive through, I go here fairly often, but I've gotten the wrong order more than I've gotten the right one. It still tastes good since it's coffee bean, but it's still frustrating to not get what you wanted.

Service ok but ice blendeds never consistent. New people weekly. Bathrooms are filthy & w/o paper.

Best big name coffee shop! With a drive thru and it being new to my area never a wait. Try it I believe you would enjoy. Prices are good too.

Love coffee bean and tea leaf. Way better than that other place (That we shalt not mention). I love their variety of teas, I usually go for a green tea. The jasmine dragon is especially good, the matcha lattes are also fabulous!

I'm here all the time! This place is like my home away from home! My only advice is go in the morning don't go in the evening. The evening employees aren't as knowledgeable and aren't that great with their customer service as the morning people. Ask for Cody! He makes a great cup of coffee!

Every time I go there the staff is efficient and helpful. They always have a smile for you. During the pandemic they have worn masks and gloves and handed your order out on a tray.

I got the most pleasant and generous attitude from the manager. This was my second time at this store. I'm coming back next time I'm in town petsitting for my friend. Nothing anywhere is better than CBTL Mocha Latte.

I know the original owner on Pasadena. They are two nice peoples and sold out to current Corporation. I hope coffee quarters is same before.

Great drive thru coffee bean. I don't like the products but stop to get my mom and brother something about once a week. Baristas have always been speedy friendly and overall just a wow in the customer service. Thanks!

This location always has the most helpful and kind staff. I know we love our coffee so I appreciate that this team is avaialable for the one daily comfort I look forward to in these times.
