Service is great and whenever I ask employees a question about a drink, they know their stuff!
Since the recipe changed, I can taste that the milk teas aren’t as rich and creamy anymore. Also without the golden boba, the drinks don’t taste as good as they did before. The drinks still taste good, but not the best!
Edit: The Golden Milk Tea and Original Milk Tea

It was yummy but I was locked outside until one of the customers left while the workers saw us outside? They also didnt add the boba to the drink but they added the other toppings.

The Drinks are great!!! Delicious, the customer service eehh. It wasn’t the best customer service just felt like I being critized for asking questions i mean I don’t come here often.

Not one to write a review, but experience was just...disappointing.
It was slightly busy, so I usually would understand the wait- but it felt like the employees working there were not even keeping track who ordered what first.
Had a party of 3 come in after already waiting 10 minutes and they somehow managed to get all 3 drinks ahead?
The drink was good, but hard to enjoy ONE drink after waiting over 20 minutes..

The employees are always nice and are always friendly when recommending drinks. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back again soon!

Not even worth one star their drinks are super good but their customer service sucks there can be 4 to 5 associates working on drinks in the back and all of them will steady glance at you while you stand in line waiting for just one associate to think about taking your order the associates who keep looking at you to not once say a word or even have one associate stop to assist the new customers that walked in
I been goin here for years and this is has yet to change and I’m beyond over it
It take two seconds to have one out of the 4 to 5 associate to stop and assist the new customers who walk in
I will be contacting the better business bureau today and everyday after today about this on going issue

The Bunny Tea has a very cute atmosphere with friendly workers and great customer service. However, the drinks were overly sweet even after adjusting to 25% sweetness and lacked tea flavor.

Went there for my first experience. My drink was really good it came out really fast. But the girls there just gave me bad energy, looking at me then making comments to each other. Didn’t really feel welcomed but they made my drink good. Also they were just standing behind the actual cashier.

Best Boba in town Hands down! The aloe Vera kiwi was super refreshing! And staff was very friendly!

Glad you took it off your menu because your business clearly couldn't manage it. Doesn't change the fact that your service is below standard and it shows from your response. Not at all acknowledging your mistake, just defending yourself.
Also if you look at other low rating reviews, you'll see a trend: lack of customer care and inconsistency. This franchise location is lacking in all aspects. Most reviews giving this location high ratings seem to be unfamiliar with what a good boba joint is supposed to be. I admit I put up with Ding Tea La Quinta's bs because there weren't better options near here, but now this is no longer the case. Tea Be Honest and Ding Tea PALM DESERT has far better customer service and their managers actually care.
Good luck, Ding Tea La Quinta :)

Wasted over 30min waiting for Dingtea LQ to "perfect" our egg waffles. If there's an issue with your product/service, apologize to the customer and explain the situation - don't lie and build false expectations. Why lie and waste time?
They told us our waffle was ready and waiting to cool. Fast forward 20min, they say the waffle takes a long time and they're having a hard time making it. No manager on site at this point. My guess is the manager rushed in to help with the waffle maker bc she showed up 30min later and my waffle was finally ready. I ended up asking for a refund for the egg waffle although I should've gotten a refund for the drinks too since all our drinks have been compromised with the ice melting during the long wait. As my refund was being processed, I watched an employee explain the situation to the manager. The manager then walks over, avoiding eye contact with no apology, to see the refund getting processed. Really? Only after I talk to her to explain the situation, she apologizes but still doesn't acknowledge fault on their end. Instead, she tells me they're short-staffed and she had to come out to help - ok, then hire more employees and train them to actually make the items on your menu. She does show me the waffle and say it is *finally* ready and offers to give it to me. Lol, no thanks. You eat that waffle and learn customer service. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS' TIME.
Also, please have some sort of ventilation. It's always stuffy and air is gross in there. Stop asking customers to keep the door shut when there's a highly contagious virus with not enough room for social distancing. Shows how much you care about customers or your staff.
