Tea was hard to enjoy when the experience was just lame sauce. Attempted to get a dairy free drink..young lady helping me was very frustrated I was asking specific questions. I'm severely sensitive to dairy so had to make sure I wouldn't poison myself by getting the wrong thing. She was more focused on my nose showing through my mask. I get it. Covid life, but there was a plexy glass. I was waring my mask, she was too, it was hard to hear and she constantly asked me what I said so I lowered it breifly to answer her. Anyways..I didn't get a drink..their coconut creme has CONDENSED MILK (which told me was vegan and got annoyed when I asked if she was sure) and at that end of the convo I was too exhausted to look into getting another. Usually I don't review but this experience was an adventure. Miss Ding tea and miss the old management.
