The DEZ fine food - takeaway - catering

We got fantastic sandwiches to go before our hike with a very short wait. You can also get a box lunch with chips and a cookie. Great solution for Joshua Tree NP adverturing!

In my search for the best avocado toast, I found a good contender here!

I picked up lunch here on the first week they were open and I was definitely impressed! The space is a little small and given current restrictions only a few people are allowed inside at a time, but the staff was super friendly and the selection was fantastic! The salad I ended up picking was super fresh and tasted great. You can tell they use great ingredients! Excited for this to become my new go-to lunch spot in JT!

I am IN LOVE with the dez! This is my go to place for a grab and go lunch when I'm on the go. I am beyond grateful to have a delicious vegan restaurant here in our community. My favorite is the greek orzo salad! I come here almost every day.

Stopped in on their second day in business and was wowed by the super friendly staff and wide selection of items to choose from. Delicious vegetarian choices (loved the lasagna and Israeli cous cous), interesting salads, baked goods, exotic soft drinks and sweets. Very stylish, complete with cool merch. A wonderful addition to Joshua Tree food choices.

Dez is a great addition to Joshua Tree. The tuna melt and avocado toast was delicious. They brew Stumptown coffee and made me a great cortado. They have a great selection of takeaway food, including delicious vegan options. And a variety of cheeses and snacks. This will be a weekly stop for us !

If only there was a 6th star! What a gem of a place! Kris and Charlie have done a wonderful job creating a perfect little takeaway place for our high desert community and visitors. The front food cases are full of delicious already made options, the beverage cooler has all kinds of fun drinks to quench your thirst, Lola makes a perfect Americana at the coffee bar and the made to order BLTA rocked my world. Keep up the great work, lovely ladies!

TERRIBLE VIBES here. Staff screaming at workers. Hot and muffled. No organization. Racist patrons.

Excellent food. Reasonably priced. All of the products are presented very well. I have had all of the prepared food options. With the Ham & Swiss panini, forbidden rice, tiramisu being my favourites. Staff is great.
