Darling coffee shop right on the water: good coffee, pretty good eats, has a cute stage for hosting live music, and friendly staff. Tough parking in the area but super cute and a great place to stop and relax.

The views and the setup are amazingly nurturing to anybody's soul. My friend and I we had ordered at the cafe and he got the salmon salad. Which we found interestingly different in a sense that the salmon portion was extremely small I would say less than 2 oz not even that placed on top of a huge bed of microgreens. The dressing was really good but I would say that it was way overpriced. Especially because the salmon was just so tiny. I have gone to other restaurants that have had smoked salmon that was about 4 oz or more for the same price point. We didn't realize what kind of restaurant it was until we started ordering and look at the menu. But for what it offers of being organic and natural and some gluten-free it was a nice place. I ordered the clam chowder which was gluten-free. I didn't realize how watery it was going to be. It was extremely thin in consistency. The flavor was delicious but I would have to say black pepper was laced completely through and through the soup. Towards the end there's a little bit untolerable with the amount of residual black pepper that was left at the bottom of my container. And price was a little bit over what I expected as well and I believe it was around $10 or so for a medium so cup. I believe I that I'm just so used to that creamy texture that you all so believe in with clam chowder. Even if it's gluten free you can still come up with a very creamy texture by blending the potatoes or even another starchy gluten-free additive. Still making it very natural. But that's just my opinion. Would I go there again? Probably for the views and probably for the natural soda that they offer . Not for the food.

Lovely cafe with great water views and outdoor seating, and tasty clam chowder, sandwiches, and salads. Cash only.

Great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or lunch 😊☕. Would have given 5 stars had it not been cash only. I mention that there's wine 🍷tasting right next door. Same view with cup of coffee or wine.

Sandwiches on the back patio watching seals swim in the cove along with kayakers. Very relaxing. Grilled portobello was excellent.

I normally look for fast wifi, exquisite coffee and a great work environment in a coffee house. Cafe Aquatica has none of those things. But what it has is a fun, slightly shabby vibe, super friendly staff and absolutely spectacular location on the bay of the Russian River where it meets the Pacific Ocean. Sundays, the Bossa Nova Duo is can't miss music out on the deck. We've been there when its sunny, rainy, windy, and its always great. You might even see a rainbow. UPDATE 6/13/19: I had the new Bodega Bay crab roll and it was fantastic!
