Dropped by to pick up a quick late lunch.

PROS: Behind the small cafe is a great view of the Russian River meeting the Pacific Ocean; there are several seating arrangements spaced out evenly to sit and enjoy the view. The staff members were polite and helpful. I ordered clam chowders (based on looking at previous reviews) and received them after a couple of minutes from the pickup side window. There are other food items like sandwiches and drinks.

CONS: Parking is very limited. The front of the cafe can fit 3-5 cars, the extra side parking can fit 4-5 cars too. Unfortunately, I could not find parking so I had to park in the ramp loading zone in the visitor's center. The clam chowder is the thin liquidy-kind, served in a small takeout bowl (no bread bowls). The milky broth is oily and contained few pieces of potatoes, clams, and etc. I prefer thick clam chowder, especially the ones from the Monterey, CA area.

Overall, this cafe is a good stop to get a quick bite with nice views. The parking and food will be hit or miss.

Loved it! This place knows how to make great fresh salad. What a nice change in the area. We had the Cafe salad and the Pesto Portobello sandwich and they were delicious. They also offer organic options. The people are very friendly. There is a cool seating areaoutside overlooking the Russian River. We stayed nearby but it's worth the trip. They close at 5pm in summer. Don't miss this hitten gem.

I along with my SO's family visited on our way up North for a quick day trip. As other reviews mention, its a cute cafe that serves just a small handful of breakfast and pastries with a decent size outdoor patio where you can watch the Russian River meet the ocean. Parking stunk, your better off parking a tad further down on the other side of the post office.

My SOs family all got coffee drinks. I couldn't enter the building because it smelled and I have a sensitive nose, perhaps just years and years of sea air.

Stopped by on a PCH road trip & all 6 of us absolutely adored this place. Beautiful location, cute shop, friendly people, & tasty food/food! Do yourself a favor & stop here!

Good local for sandwiches and coffee.

Great scenes, drinks, and service. However, the food though well made is a bit off, this place could easily be five stars if they updated their menu.

Fork Roadhouse and Lightwave Cafe have significantly better food.

Wonderful little stop spot on the way north on highway 1. Relaxed setup with views on the river. Food is good and filling. Recommended.

To be so close to the ocean, and yet feel like you're still in the forest, remains a contradiction that only Aquatica coffee can provide clarify.

What a godsend this place was! Traveling down highway 1 and starving, here was this little place run by 2 women. Great grub, and plenty of seats outside on the cliff in the morning sunshine. Also has some seating on a covered deck. Indoor seating closed due to covid, but that's life right now. What a gorgeous location for a cafe! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great place to eat. Wonderful service. Has gluten free options. Seating by wTerfront and a seal sanctuary. A must stop during the drive.
