OMG so I found an absolutely fabulous coffee shop! With its wonderfully booshy atmosphere! I give it 5 stars the barista made a lovely decoration on my husbands coffee. The name itself is worthy of a trip in!

One of the best roasters in California, hands down! The people are amazing and hand craft delicious drinks, all while the roasting is being done a few feet away. Highly recommend stopping in and leaving with a bag or two of beans along with your brew!

Honestly one of the worst mochas I've ever had. Espresso shots are super bitter and barely had any ice put right on top of the hot-ish mixture of espresso half and half and mocha, so the bottom was warm. They hand mixed in the mocha which left it with a chalky texture when drinking. This needs to be blended to incorporate the powder properly. Bigger cups to accommodate getting extra espresso shots in order to have enough ice for your drink. Was pretty disappointed with this $7 drink

As a FGC regular, the other weekend I wanted to try a new coffee shop to mix it up. You know..see if I’m missing out on something even better? But after a few sips of my cappuccino…I got back in the car and drove STRAIGHT to the goat! Once you try truly amazing coffee, you just can’t go back. It’s simply the best. The BEST third wave coffee, super-welcoming baristas and always a great vibe.

Quality organic coffee roasted here in Healdsburg. They buy directly from their coffee farmers in Central America and Ethiopia, paying them honest and fair prices. This is really important! if you're not buying Direct Trade or Fair Trade Coffee, you're contributing to a perennial system of poverty wages in coffee growing countries. Flying Goat always has gotten this right! They are a treasure here in Healdsburg. And... they are the friendliest baristas I've ever encountered! Go GOAT!
Hardly Deadly
Five stars for the coffee. Minus 4 stars for refusing money from humans, and only accepting payments from banks. Management must have bought into the highly sponsored misinformation about cash being unsafe. Too bad. Good thing cash still works with the competition across the street. I'd go back if they fix that problem.
