The Farmhand

Farmhand is a true treasure! It's easy to under-estimate it's offerings if you were to just drive by so do yourself the favor of stopping. My bar for biscuits and gravy is annoyingly high and so I am tickled to have found that their biscuits and gravy (and their waffles and gravy) are outstanding! Their burgers, soups and salads are also on point! The people working there are all sweet as can be and make me want to come back, just to say hi. There is a ton of outdoor seating and there's a path down to the river where you can, as the signs posted say, "relax and stay a while".

Now that the old manager/chef is gone, it seems to have the friendly atmosphere back that we've all missed so much! Stacey is doing an amazing job at getting back to what works for The Farmhand, and she is always super helpful and friendly.
If you get a chance... the Mexican corn salad, and the chicken salad is amazing! So hurry and get some, cause it always sells out!!

good coffee & Kitchen, but the real charm & unique benefit is the back deck with park like river setting. Its a WOW!

Wow! This place has all hand made foods. Fresh and totally tasty. Great meats, the smells are wonderful. Outdoor seating over the Russian River! To die for. Dessert counter not to be missed.

Really good food great atmosphere and the people were very nice! That's a pretty good gift shop as well the coffee was excellent! It was nice to sit on the patio and look at the river.

Stopped in for breakfast while on a trip to the Russian River and was very pleased with my meal of biscuits and gravy. They make their own sausage and the serving was quite large even for a big eater like myself.
The restaurant has a large outdoor patio overlooking the river and riverfront property which is available for their guests to use.
Also, there is a cannabis dispensary located right next door. I was told it was one of the first opened in California.

This place is amazing they have beautiful outdoor sheetating area next to the Russian River. Their sandwiches are amazing I highly recommend you visiting.

Coffee is good. Nice view river. I had a Reuban that was on par with best in LA. Their Mack and Cheese was good also. Its pretty good and also clean. Part of me likes the COVID isolation cause I can be able to eat and watch the river. Bunch of crows were squawking as I ate on deck. Reminds me of my rooftop in Hollywood. Not sure why.
