Was trying to do some work and attend a meeting. The workers kept talking very loudly and started vaccuming the coffee grinder. Felt that they were very inconsiderate of their workers. Even though there weren't many people in the store, it was very frusterating trying to do work with so much noise being made by the workers. Definitely wont be coming again.

Really great coffee and some pastries in a cosy plase.
UPD: the new location in Pasadena!

Coffee is alright. Prices are standard.
All the employees and the owner are nice and helpful.
Parking is a bit awkward; you have to park in the neighborhood (might be metered) or another establishment's lot. Not a lot of it either.
WiFi isn't too fast, but usable! It works.
No restroom available; you need to walk a bit away and use another establishment's.
Not a bad place to grab a quick drink, but the location isn't the most attractive.

Delicious high quality drinks. It's simple, but I love how they serve cold drinks in thick glass cups. You don't see that nowadays and it really makes a difference in the drink. Baristas were friendly, service was fast, and the atmosphere of the place was delightful. Very sunlit. Stayed there for hours catching up with a friend.

We went both days we were in the area! Staff was very knowledgeable. Made delicious recommendations. Prep is a bit slow but worth the wait (hopefully you have time). Also, the cinnamon sugar snickerdoodle cookies are AMAZING! My husband is a huge coffee snob and thoroughly enjoyed his conversation with the both the staff members on our visits. We're not local, but if we were, this would be our spot.

It's a small cozy coffee shop on the corner of Glendale and Broadway across the street from the Glendale Civic Center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I parked on the street and tried to get change for the meter and they told me about the lot right next door to the coffee shop.
Very reasonably priced and you can tell they actually care about the product they put out. I had the iced chai latte and I could really taste the freshness of the spices they put in. There was enough to provide that comfortable numbing sensation on my lips.
The atmosphere here is great. Clean interior with natural lighting, and ever so subtle alt rock playing in the background. Enough sound to provide some ambiance without forcing you to raise the volume of your voice to have a conversation. It's small, but you still feel like you have your own private area in the shop.

My favorite coffee shop in LA, hands down. The coffee is incredible and the space is always bright and clean, but above all the baristas and owner are the kindest, most welcoming crew around. They are so personable and are extremely knowledgeable about their products. Whenever I get back on the apartment hunt, I’ll likely be picking my new place based on its proximity to my favorite coffee shop :)

Me and the wife happened upon this place right on the NE corner of the intersection and decided to give it a try rather than the same ol' Starbucks stuff. Parking was manageable, but it was a Sunday morning, guessing it would be a challenge at other points of other days. The interior has a very white-plate canvas and we were greeted by the staff very quickly and we instantly took note of their inventive menu choices. My wife went for an orange flavored iced coffee while I got a Butterscotch iced latte. I was very pleased with the flavor, which was distinct and not overly sweet, but I was more so happy with the very smooth character of the drink. This is similarly the case for the orange iced coffee as well. We didn't try any of their food offerings, but the next time we're in town I'm sure we will, because those drinks were pretty awesome. The price point is a bit high considering the volume you get, but we're talking about a place that charges people for plastic bags at the grocery store, so I won't let that be a strike against them. Definitely worth a try for any coffee drinkers out there looking to be a bit adventurous with their picks.

The best coffee in Los Angeles and very close to the best in New York! Every cup is made to perfection and when you take a sip, you feel this coffee is more then perfection, it has a unique personality design to please you. It’s a joy for you palate and lifts up your spirit, just the way coffee should do.
