Highlight Coffee

Absolutely my favorite coffee shop in LA. They stick to the basics with drip, pour-over, cappuccino, latte, teas, and more, including an affogato. They have a few homemade syrups but don't expect a drink lineup like Starbucks. Highlight Coffee focuses on the bean. They feature local coffees, pastries, and chocolate. I recommend the butterscotch latte, iced.

They have the best latte in Glendale. You also get a good deal before 8:30 in the morning.

Was it because I was expecting high ratings? It was below expectations. The taste, structure, arrangement, and convenience of the hall were all below expectations. In particular, the blunt response of the employee to the customer's mistake was not good. The structure itself is made to vibrate with noise, so it is not a quiet place, and the building's old age made the noise more like a bar. I tried to order drip coffee to find out the taste of coffee, but it was sold out, so I inevitably ordered an Americano, but I couldn't find anything special about the taste. It tasted bitter like Starbucks. Overall, it doesn't seem like a good place to go.

My favorite is the cappuccino freddo if you like good coffee but sometimes iced and milky this is the way to go, delicious but the texture takes it to another level. Simple but special.

Delicious coffee and the BEST pastries! I don't know where they get them, but they're amazing. Great place to sit and sip!

This place is so great! Each drink is perfectly crafted. The iced vanilla orange latte is surprisingly delicious. It is a mind orange taste, nothing overpowering at all.

The space to eat inside is small, but seating is almost always available since most people get it for to go.

They also have a reward system if you sign up and you get a free drink every 10!

The Butterscotch latte is out of this world! I got one iced and it was the perfect touch of sweet and super balanced with the coffee and milk. Will definitely be back for another!

As newcomers to this area, fresh from Boston, we were looking for a place with a creative vibe, with coffee made to perfection, and delectable baked goods- and this place did not disappoint! Wonderful staff, easy going, cool atmosphere, and the owner, Frank was so friendly and kind and took time to tell us all about the coffees and creative drinks. My husband was happy with his espresso and the Kenyan coffee I got was just as I remembered it in Nairobi. Thank you, Frank for a wonderful first coffee experience in LA/Glendale! We will be back for sure! :-)

Quality coffee, friendly people. Parking is challenging. No lot so you have to find street parking (Good Luck). However its in a great location so if you take the bus or have business at City Hall it's close by.
