First found phillz coffee up north when I was working in SF Bay. Great coffee and great service. Was ecstatic when I found out they opened one in Fullerton. Same feel and same coffee

I come in whenever I have a hankering for fancy coffee. I have liked everything they have ever made me, specially the mint mojito iced coffee. If you don’t like something, they offer to modify it for you. I usually drink black coffee so I can taste the quality without the influence of milk and sugar. There are several nice coffee places around but they were the first to offer alternative milks. They have an app where you can preorder and pick up by drive thru. The egg avocado toast is amazing!

First time I've heard of Philz Coffee, had the Mint Mojito. I was thoroughly impressed, very unique savory taste

First time at this location- the bread on their $10 plant based was too tough to eat, overcooked or something. I wanted to try their pick up lane so I looked online on how to order, couldnt find it so I went through Postmates pick up because I already have that app. Went to pick up lane and was told it was only for mobile order. I asked can I just have it I didn’t know. Nope, she was rude and said you have come in and get it. I walk in and she just points to it “it’s right there”. Gee thanks.

Inconsiderate Customer Service, Gross watered-down coffee.
This was my first time trying this coffee chain. Tonight was rainy and thought a nice, warm coffee sounded nice, and I was possibly going to get my toddler something if there were hot chocolate options for her. The person who attended me, an older woman, seemed very rushed with me and did not allow me even a minute to look over the menu myself. When it was time to pay she mentioned that they have a policy during this pandemic to have customers wait outside while their orders are ready..... again—it was RAINING. By the time I finished ordering it was POURING out. So I had to rush out my with toddler in my arms under the rain to wait “five minutes” that the woman recommended. By the time I ran back in—again, through POURING RAIN—my coffee was warm at best. To my dismay, it was not worth this situation. I have had 7 Eleven coffee taste better.
I am very angry at the way this woman handled this situation. She wanted to respect her store’s policy to wait outside, regardless of the ugly rain I ran through with my daughter, but allowed the man waiting behind me to stay inside while they have a sign that says “one party inside at a time.” Sooo this staff member picked and chose which “policy” to respect. I’m 💯 sure she would have handled this different had I been white like her, and not obviously a person of color.
