This small clean independent coffeehouse is what such locations should all aspire to be. Although somewhat costly it isnt in any way outside the price range of such establishments. And for that price the locations presents a simple clean aesthetic, friendly owner and barista, and a selection of snacks and baked goods. And, of course, quality coffee and espresso. The espresso is particularly worth nothing because while it will always have some bitter and acid notes controlling these and balancing with the rich coffee flavor requires control of bean, grind, and settings of the machine all. And I am very glad to report that this establishment provides a solid espresso experiance for those who care about that. Even for those simply seeking an iced coffee the friendly environment and selection of baked goods will probably make it worth the trip.

Great people, great coffee, great service. I've had a few of the specially drinks (Punch in the Face). Espresso is made right, Americano is one of the best in town. They serve breakfast sandwiches, snacks and bagels which are all tasty.
There is inside and patio seating. They have a wifi printer if your working. This is a nice little gem of a coffee shop.

Best customer service ever!! Mine and my friends favorite place to go get coffee after school! Not only is their customer service some of the best I’ve ever got, but their food and drinks are really the cherry on top!

My favorite coffee spot! I get my Americano 1-4 times a week at Yellow Mug. At this point, I won't order espresso anywhere else! The staff is super friendly, they made me feel like a "regular" right away... so I became one. Lol. The inside is so cute and cozy. They have a "take one, leave one" bookshelf! I feel this says a lot about how much they care for their local community! And dogs (on leashes) are welcome! What a better start to the day than with delicious espresso and the chance of making a new puppy friend?!

VERY inconsistent quality of what you get off of the menu. A chai tea latte tastes like steamed milk. There was no flavor at all. Order a bagel with cream cheese on it and one time you barely get any cream cheese at all the next time you get a slab of it. It's really a bummer because I would much rather give my money to a local owner vs SB or Dutch. Good thing there is Cup A Joy just a mile down the road!

A family-owned shop filled with clean facilities and a fine selection of custom espresso brews. This place puts Starbucks on a run for their money. Yellow Mug has them outdone in speed, service, and an extra dash of "welcome" to warm your heart on a cold morning.

Simply put; cozy space, good wifi, tables of different height to study or relax; comfy sofas and love seats. Literally everything you would need/want from a coffee shop. The owner and staff are the sprinkles on top. Mike makes one hell of a flat white. Would prefer this place over Starbucks any day of the week.

Calls itself the community, got to ask... where's the rest of the community when you are located north of Herndon. Sorry, bathroom is for customers that look like customer.
