We came here for breakfast. I was impressed! We started off with orange juice, pomegranate juice, and mimosa. The orange juice tasted fresh squeezed just like my mom used to serve us in the mornings. We also had eggs, bacon and waffles. I had my waffles with berries on top. my eggs and bacon were cooked exactly how I like it. And the waffles were delicious too!
The art on the walls is unique, it is colorful and makes me feel happy when I walk inside, and I especially liked the long box of colorful flowers along the wall. You can also opt to eat out front in the patio.
Next time I am trying the eggs Benedict. I'll let you know how they taste...

The service staff were "polite" but not friendly. In fact the manager was RUDE!!!! They completely forgot to make my husbands breakfast so we had wait for them to even start his breakfast after ours was completely served letting our food get cold with barely an acknowledgment. After we ate, I realized they put all four of our meals on separate tickets (even though I told them the four of us in our group were together). I stacked them up and put the card on top. She brought them back with the only first one paid asking for the other cards. I explained they are all on the same card. She acted like it was the end of the world. Instead of just ringing the other three meals, she returned the first one put them all four on one ticket then rang them up. This took SEVERAL minutes. When we were finally presented with a bill I noticed the meal prices were completely DIFFERENT from the individual tickets (like breakfast went from 25.00 to 14.00)!? On top of that, I quietly leaned over and said, when your're struggling this much you may not want to assume I want to pay such a large tip. She yelled at me in front of all of the customers "What do you want me to do take away his tip?" It was so embarrassing!! I responded, "No, I just wanted you to think about it for the future." She RUDELY open the cash register grabbed some cash and tried to hand to my husband. He declined and said we don't want the tip back. She turned to me as we were walking away and GRABBED MY PURSE and shoved the money on top!! As I got outside I realized she had actually shoved 2 twenties in the top of my purse! She's lucky I don't charge her with assault. We NEVER go back! Unbelievable! I only gave one star because it won't post without it:/

This was my first time at the Patio Cafe. They were not busy, it was around 1045am. I had the Mediterranean bennedict, it tasted good. It came with country potatoes and a little fruit, seemed too high priced for portion size, 16.99. Coffee is terrible and it cost 3.50! Waiter was not rude but he was not at all friendly, and not attentive. Never once asked how things were. I personally hate it when food gets cold, and they have two large ceiling fans above tables, so you had better eat quick or the food gets cold real fast. Probably will not go back.

We always have time for Patio Cafe. Super friendly staff. I wish we could have a restaurant like The Patio Cafe in our town. Food is great. I finally ordered something other than the gorgonzola asparagus! I've moved on to the egg white omelet with spinach and pine nuts. Yummy!

This was disappointing:
- My table was dirty and not wiped down.
- I ordered the sweet potato hash with eggs. Sweet potato was very under cooked, poached eggs were hard due to over cooking.
- The dish was over $20 after tax and tip.

Be on alert. A waitress asked us for our drivers license when we ordered wine. We are over 65 years old and look it. I asked for what purpose. She said it was the policy to look for expired drivers license. I asked why. She said they were instructed to do so. I said I don't think so. Identity thief is what comes to mind. After we got home I called the manager and asked for what purpose are you looking for expired drivers license. He said it was not their policy.

I've been here two times and it's not that great of food. The sausage links were under cooked, and the California omelet was tasteless.we paid $40 bucks for breakfast that was just as good as Denny's. Do not recommend.

I came to the patio when visiting family in Fresno, the best time I’ve had in a while. Good food, family atmosphere, but what was the best part of evening was “The Hillbilly Jazz band” each member a talent within themselves, and together an explosive awesome sound. From jazzy blues, country and bluegrass, A band that you don’t want to miss.

Too over priced. Owners kinda snotty.
It takes forever to get your order, must have very small Grill and 1 frying pan.
We were seated at a table for four, we placed our order, and waited. We received our toast and was still waiting four our breakfast, we were approached by staff and told we had to move to a smaller table for 2 because a party of 4 just walked in. We advised that the party of 4 would have to wait and refused to move. We decided what the hell lets just leave, as we were walking out we were told our order was coming out. We made no comment, we just walked out.

Bland, uninspired food.... just like the service. If my meal was "fresh," why the cold eggs and stale bacon? When I add salt and pepper to my food I know the chef is 100% uninspired or afraid to season. I spend money at restaurants to have fresh food, seasoned with inspiration, and delivered with great service. I will never waste my money at The Patio Cafe again!
