Kuppa Joy Coffee House - Grand Cafe Fresno

Wow! This experience is truly that. It's is like the difference between an average hotel (any other coffee shop) and a 5 star stay at the Ritz Carlton (Kuppa Joy). This service is marvelous, the ladies and gentleman taking my order were very friendly and knowledgeable. The aesthetics of this shop are great and very color coordinated with their logo colors.

The shop is spacious and offers a variety of seating options from their bar to stool/table seating, or lower tables where laptops can be set up.

Shout out to kylie Cody, Josh, Allysa, and erick for going above and beyond and genuinely caring about the work they do. It shows they are invested into creating the best experience possible for the customer.

Ok! Didn't like the bread used for the avocado toast. A bit bland unfortunately. Coffee pretty good.

Great location, atmosphere, etc. A cleaner, generic version of the company compared to the first few years when it opened.

Paid full price for their Siphon coffee. Wasn't worth it and was not made properly. The barista became impatient, maybe because I was watching him. Like pour over you shouldn't "fuss" with the coffee once it starts draining. It didn't drain quickly enough, or maybe something else was wrong, and he started to swirl it around, etc. $10.00 wasted.

I will stick to pour over, cold brews, and lattes.

Best coffee in town!! And now they serve Crave cookies. I highly recommend their Hallelujah drink, blended, iced or hot. It is delicious!!The staff is very nice at this drive-thru location.

Had the espresso flight. 3 different blends all amazing!

Had the Japanese cold drip coffee. It was so different but incredible! Service is always outstanding here! Thank you for being such a blessing!
