I was just visiting my grandchildren and realized they had never had the University ice cream before. So of course Grandma had to take them and they were speechless regarding how good it was. That's coming from a 6 and 8 year old. Good job ice cream place

The guy with a beard net tried to talk me out of eating a gluten free cookie when I have a high intolerance with wheat. He quoted “I try to talk people out of getting a gluten free cookie” which I thought was so rude because people can get sick from this. Other than that dessert was good but wish they had more vegan/dairy free options.

Owner very nice. Impressed with quality of ice cream and if we didn't live in Portland we would be regular customers. The espresso milkshake was especially good.

The ice cream here is the BEST!!!! You can build your own sundae or ice cream cookie sandwich!!! They have great flavors, unique options!!! I love the Churros cinnamon ice cream paired with Snickerdoodle cookies!!! Wonderful treat!!!

There was two brothers working tonight 1/15 at around 9:20pm. One was super rude to us as we tried to pick up our online order. Had an attitude and he wasnt wearing a mask. This was my first experience and my last. CDC says mask requirement but the employees dont have to ? No thank you.

Customer service is friendly and informative. Selections are all tasty and plentiful. Prices are as to be expected for fresh cookies and delicious ice cream. Try it out and try not to get addicted.

Wanted to see what the whole hype was so after i ordered and noticed there wasnt a place to sit and enjoy. Ice cream is good but nothing amazing about this place and cookie sandwiches are simply just that. Something i can make at home i honestly thought it would be melted like a smores or deep fried! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! i will not go back not because its a terrible place..but because i think Baskin Robins is a better place and have tables available.PLUS ITS DELICIOUS.. just my opinion.

Awful. Just awful. Bad service. The cookies were way too thin, are you trying to save money on dough? The cookie broke into prieces and the ice cream was melting before I could even walk out of the store. Whatever you do, do not purchase the ice cream sandwich. Easy 1 out of 5 stars

Their peanut butter cookie and Oreo ice cream was amazing. Warmed up to order. Fast service. Beat treat when in Fresno.
