I tried it 2015 still have the capture, it’s the best ice cream shop in Fresno. Missed it!

The milkshake I got was so watery practically just milk. Would never ever get it again; I rather buy milk from the store in that case. Person left the milkshake machine on the whole time i was there so of course it was pure milk.

Okay service. Good knowledge of how their funding in the market place goes. The only difference is now because a majority of people are ordering online they should still honor their discounts from in store considering we still have to go in store to at least pick up if we aren’t doing delivery.

The cookie was very thin. The cookies in the liquor store next to the Cream store where much thicker than what I got here. The green tea ice cream was already melting when I got it. Would not be upset if the cookie was thicker so it won't break because of the weight of the ice cream. Make cookie sandwiches yourself look online they are much cheaper and more satisfying.

Any time that I’m doing door Dash I will call the company that I order from and ask them if they can make sure that everything is close tightly or if the bag could be taped down or anything. I called in and the Lady question why she should do that and that DoorDash will have a bag on them to put the items in there. It felt awkward and when my ice cream and cookies came wasn’t the best feeling so I tossed it. My cookies were tossed in the bag my ice cream looked good but The conversation made it awkward to the point where I didn’t want to eat it.

There are young kids working the front counter, no adults around and we were highly disappointed with the quality of our sandwiches, there was hardly any ice cream and it was smashed in the bowl. This is concerning to me, do these kids know how to handle food properly? I’m confused....

The mint chocolate chip and the birthday cake cream had a gritty texture. There very stingy with the toppings and the cookies where hard. Never going back. They get 2 stars because I liked the coffee ice cream.

This place didn't live up to the hype for me. I got snicker doodle with caramel ice cream and my husband got chocolate chip and peanut butter ice cream. The ice cream was average and the cookies were ok. Not amazing. There is no place to sit so we ended up eating in the car, which is fine but the sandwich was so messy as it melted and dripped out if the paper wrapper. Worth a try but won't be back.

I absolutely loved this place a lot. I loved the setup and vibe of the store, it made me feel really happy. I came here for the first time last night. The owner was super nice and helpful and the ice cream was delicious. Definitely a place I recommend!

this place is so overpriced. and they're stingy with their servings. they might as well use a house hold table spoon to scoop their ice cream. I got a tiny bowl cone and the scoop didnt even fill it up. the scoop sat there with a bunch of empty space around it. and they charged me a whole dollar extra for a small couple of peanut butter mini pieces. the whole ice cream was $6. the ice cream was also very plain tasting. nothing special. Cold Stone prices for cheap freezer bought ice cream.
