Shotz Coffee and Drive Thru

Quick and amazing service! Drinks are never too sweet or too bitter and the fact that all of the coffee and espresso is local and organic... you will never leave here unhappy! The staff is also something. They are so kind and attentive to your orders and how quickly and efficiently they get them out to customers!

We were losing faith that we'd find a good coffee house on our drive through this little coastal town. A short drive off highway 101,I had just turned to my wife and said, "I don't think this is a coffee line of town." Then we found this jewel and that attitude changed quickly. The m my wife ordered food and we both ordered coffee. Both were very good.

The ambiance was also great. Very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely return!

Cashier was not wearing a mask even though their coworkers were. Our lunch bowls came with no eggs. Just meat and cheese. The online menu says eggs with choice of meat and cheese. My husband’s bowl had a piece of plastic in it that cut his mouth when he was chewing. Overall disappointing and we will not be back.

Thank you for your response. I know you’re a local business, that’s one of the reasons I decided to spend my money trying you out. To be clear, myself and my husband were wearing masks in our car and your cashier working the drive thru window was not. This goes against not only current state guidelines but also current county guidelines as well. Her coworkers right next to her were wearing masks. By saying that you don’t enforce your customers to wear masks all you are telling me is that you could care less if they expose your workers to Covid. Just like you obviously don’t care that your cashier was also potentially exposing not only her coworkers but every single one of your customers who came through the drive thru. FYI your online menu says your lunch bowl comes with egg, if that’s incorrect then you should fix your menu on your website. Also at your Rio Dell location they make the lunch bowl with egg. So I would recommend you figure that out so it’s not confusing for your customers. I was considering going to your Rio Dell location again (where they wear masks and make your lunch bowls with eggs and no plastic) but after your response here I will not be and I will be recommending other local coffee shops to those I know.

They have the best dinning room there with comfortable couches to set on and even computer hook ups. Food and coffee great and also the service is excellent

Ordered a 20 oz mocha half-sweet. It was well balanced. Glad I did, if I had ordered regular it would have been too sweet.

I got the sunrise sandwich with bacon + avacado. Super tasty!

The coffee and hot drinks are always delicious, I just wish that they would carry gluten free and dairy free options for breakfast sandwiches and bagels. Considering the area that they are in, it would just make sense. While I was able to get something to eat here, my friend was not.

The girls are so great, they're so friendly and always give me a good surprise coffee drink (my usual), especially Kas and Bridgett.

Both espresso and cold brew has a great flavor that's not just a ton of sugar, it actually tastes good. Plus, Thirsty Thursdays you get free extra shots :D

Food items are great too, which I believe are homemade to a certain point, personally I get the salmon and cream cheese bagel, sooo good.

Anyways, fortuna classic, great atmosphere drinks and food, would recommend to everyone. ;)

I love the Mexican mocha with Ibarra chocolate! It's a nice quiet place to hang out but I'm usually headed to work when I stop by and I will often use their drive thru. They've recently added biscuits and gravy. They're not made from scratch but at $3.50 I'm not complaining!
