Shotz Coffee and Drive Thru

Great drinks and amazing breakfast burritos!

Been going to Shotz since I was in high school. Coffee is pretty good, but really this is my go-to for a good bagel. I loved the delivery option after my daughter was born too.

Today's experience was less then enjoyable. Waiting 20 min for a coffee that is cold and not what I ordered at all .. not cool I asked for a quad and got charged for a quad but received something but it wasn't a quad I could tast the difference considering I get there coffee often..also they need to do quality control on there Danish case they charge a bit much for old danish.. let's say I'm unsatisfied
UPDATE: THE OWNER OF SHOTS REALLY LOVES THERE BUSINESS! AND I APPRECIATE THE REPLY AND THE RESPONSE also if you need competent workers or someone to go in and see what the problems are and nip them I'm the butt let me no I'd love to help this business be better and be all it can be..

Quick service and comfortable atmosphere. Very friendly servers.

The people who work here are NOT friendly at all, and they barely acknowledge you and it’s kinda awkward. I used to think the coffee and breakfast sandwiches were good but lately my drink hasn’t been up to par. And I found out they charge $1.00 for EACH flavor syrup you add. That’s absolutely outrageous to me. Hopefully they step their customer service game up

Love this place. Not only do they have great coffee, they are the fastest drive thru. Update…I wrote this review three years ago and still stand by it. I always get great service from everyone who works there, even at their busiest times. I like that I can order on the app or call my order in and it’s ready when I get there. Watching the girls work together when they get busy is amazing, they work hard to get your order to you as fast as they can, without compromising the quality of your drink or food.

Customer service experience handled very poorly by multiple Shotz staff. Pulled into the drive thru during their normal operating hours, the shotz vehicle was in front of me, but there were other cars in the drive thru so I didn’t think anything of it. Sat there waiting and the women in the shotz vehicle got out and went inside the building. The other cars in the drive thru began moving but the shotz vehicle remained still and didn’t move forward. I thought she ran inside to grab something and would be back. When the final vehicle in the drive thru approached the window and the shotz vehicle still wasn’t pulling forward I thought something must be up, so I parked and tried the front door, it too was locked. The worker hanging out the drive thru window chatting, could clearly tell I was perplexed but said nothing and sat there looking at me, did nothing to help me. I finally called out and asked if they were closed and she said yes, when I Explained I was there to pick up an order that had already been placed (& paid for) and asked if I needed to let the customer know that theyi were actually closed early for some reason, she said, “Well I have the drink right here.”
First off she was rude & unhelpful, but she said it as though they had given me a reasonable option and I was being rude by asking if they were closed. Secondly, how about the other employee who blocked the drive thru?! She didn’t bother to tell any of the customers (yes plural, I wasn’t the only one waiting) waiting behind her that they were unexpectedly closing early and that is why she was in the drive thru. Staff is unfriendly, lazy, and rude. Do not recommend going here.

Some the best breakfast sandwiches and iced Yerba mate hands down.

I do really want to like the place, the atmosphere inside is great, and the food and drinks are fairly good but the employees are consistently without masks and seem like they're annoyed with you as soon as you get to the window. Personally it doesn't bother me too much as I know how food service can be but even when they aren't very busy they are unfortunately very, very slow, which to me is the biggest issue.

Best coffee in town, very neat and clean place, drive through seems very quick. Service is friendly and swift. I'm usually not here early in the day, so can't say how bad morning rush is. Wintertime is great because the fireplace is super cozy. Small parking lot here and the location isn't difficult to find. Lighting and decor is nice and chill and menu is pretty extensive with some decent breakfast and snack options
